@@shankshack7420 Grant has the 2nd best short game there, but Garrett is still on a different level. Grant doesn't have the same consistency that Garrett does, and thats his secret sauce, consistently hitting shots like that around the greens.

that shoutout from rick on garrett's short game is spot on. sometimes i forget just how good these guys are. that has always been the foundation: skill. and they're getting better. i can't wait to see what they'll do next.
I'm sure the years of working relentlessly on trick shots has a lot to do with it, but Garrett in particular does have fantastic hands. They've also reminded me to take the mentality of chipping and pitching in, rather than trying to cozy shots into the four foot ring all the time. It's pretty crazy how often one of them dunks a shot.
as dumb as it sounds, it all comes down to 120 yards and in...touch and feel are so much more valuable than strength and distance...

I owe all the ‘Good Good’ guys a massive apology. I only recently started watching them through the Rick Sheils videos and as a 50yo Brit I saw these young, handsome, slick Americans and instantly thought ‘nah, not for me mate, blummin’ cocky yanks’. But, hands up, how wrong could I have been? I’m now a subscriber to your channel and have watched back hours and hours of content. Awesome stuff, you guys are brilliant.

They are a good group for sure. I think having guys like Steve and Bubbie they connect better with average golfers (not that they are average but they are closer to reality).
i'm in the exact same boat (minus the 50yo brit part 😅). only really watched rick and peter finch and first vid on ricks channel i was like "these young lads are sooo annoying and obnoxious" and now i'm a huuuge fan and even subscribed to their individual channels and watched back hours of old vids. this has been the greatest collaboration ever.

@@GolfQuestChannel Yeah Grant is great. Learning about Bubbies Story was also awesome. Micah is my favourite (i still like the quiet ones i guess). Honestly the only guy i'm still not a huuge fan of is Matt but he still fits well into the group.

Watching Bubbie become better and better at golf is really something special
Can't wait to see Rick in the states doing more colab's with good good and others. But on an ultra serious note, I feel most golfers could benefit from watching GG solely on the premise of learning to play the game and be positive no matter what happens. You guys are always so positive no matter what happens. I can't stand playing with others who get super pissed and are actually mad while playing just because things aren't perfect. If everything was perfect all the time they would be playing golf for a living but they're not lol just have to accept that hitting bad shots is going to happen and any day on the course is better than a day not on the course.
It' funny I joke about this on the course now with my 40 year old buddies. When looking at a 50 foot chip I say I should act like the GG boys and talk about how I am going to land it "here", let it run, and hole it for birdie lol. In reality, I should think this way instead of thinking about how I am going to flub the chip and leave it way short.

I watched Micah’s interview on the Golfcity podcast today. What’s amazing about all of these guys is none of them started playing golf early. Most of them didn’t pick up golf until their teenage years. Steve has only been playing for a few years.
The are dedicated and play a ton of golf!
Bubbie like me had the advantage of playing baseball for years, so a lot of the same body mechanics come into play, especially in the lower body, just takes some time to adjust how you swing. Steve played soccer, entirely different sport altogether from a biomechanics perspective. To see how far he has come its obvious he has spent a lot of time at the range and out practicing. I wish all of them the very best, they are becoming huge ambassadors for the sport.

This is the best golf i have scene Rick play. Going to suck once all the videos are out. We need more of this collab for sure. Rick needs to take a month vacation here in the US and tour with the boys playing all our courses. Pebble is a must. Make it happen fellas.

Love the content. Rick and Pete were my introduction to RUclips golf content. Loved their matches and chemistry. Eventually, I found my way to gm_golf; home of trick shots, Sunday matches, mosquito Matt and the Steven Slice (RIP). I definitely want to see more of this type of stuff. So happy to see these guys grow Good Good to the point that they are making a network broadcast quality product. Definitely good for the program.

I've been watching lunkers TV for almost 6 years now and I just now started watching you guys and I really liked it because I'm starting to get into golf and then I realize you all had your own channels and I was like wow! This is kind of like how the googan squad got started. They're kind of using the same formula and then one day I seen Tig wearing a googan squad hat and I was like oh my God. Maybe they are using that formula. Good for them and then I find Matt Kendrick and it all clicked lol.... This makes me happy

I tried googling who the CEO of Good Good was and couldn’t find it. Def found nothing on the website. They wanna come off like they’re just a group of friends out filming themselves but make no mistake about it, this is a company with a lot of money behind it and some smart ppl at the core.
