Witnesses suddenly refuse to testify or go back on their statements for a number of reasons, certain evidence and testimony can be deemed inadmissible, procedural errors occur. And that’s before they START trial. Are things looking good for him right now? No, but it’s far too early to claim he’s definitely doing life; he was just arrested and this case likely won’t reach a verdict for years
