@@anonymousperson6119 Because he is in the FEDS, they have a 90% plus conviction rate, and because his crew has already rolled on him, he will get at least the equivalent of a life sentence in regard to 25 years at a minimum, which at 31 is a life sentence especially for a rap artist, but he is facing the death penalty too, so that's why it's more likely he'll get full life without parole. Not too mention the fact that they may hit his gang/crew with RICO charges eventually.
@@raushaunrigsby1181I’m well aware he’s in the feds and ppl are snitching. That 90% conviction rate is misleading, it includes plea bargains which can be good deals just so the prosecutor can get a conviction instead of taking the chance of acquittal at trial. And there are states with WORSE conviction rates; ppl get off in every state and the feds. And yes, even RICO cases aren’t guaranteed convictions. Most federal defendants aren’t millionaires who can hire some of the best defense teams. It’ll likely be years before trial during which time a lot can happen especially with good attorneys making every play they can. Witnesses suddenly refuse to testify or go back on their statements for a number of reasons, certain evidence and testimony can be deemed inadmissible, procedural errors occur. And that’s before they START trial. Are things looking good for him right now? No, but it’s far too early to claim he’s definitely doing life; he was just arrested and this case likely won’t reach a verdict for years

“my main goal is peace, being with the family and staying out of bullshit” I felt that free durk no bap
This happens entirely too often and it's sad people like this who make something of themselves squander it so easily.
You’re speaking as a reasonable person with dreams and aspirations. All Durk and company ever had were dreams of being the biggest and baddest on their block. This was still the case even when they moved into mansions. They never left O Block. Someone with his resources could of thought of many other ways to exact revenge but he chose the only way to “The Block” would respect and that is pistols at high noon.
Thanks for making this video bro, I was wondering about this whole situation and this really helped
Charleston White eating while driving is too smooth lol! That dude is crazy!!! 😆
He was parked 😂 the traffic was moving
It really looked like he was moving because I thought I saw the background change, plus it looked like his car was rocking.

Why i just listen to music and have no idols, alot of different styles of rap also alot of different genres of music besides rap. Reap what you sow.
You did durk dirty in the thumbnail. BLOODSHOT EYES! 😂
He had the world and threw it away for nothing...sad world we're living in
Wasn’t really “for nothing”. Get back has been his entire life. He’s a gang member. All his friends are gang members. It would have took tremendous strength to do nothing.

The key to the city is a curse not a blessing ask Diddy
What does the key to the city do , open all city doors ?😅
@@bandilemajoziiit’s ceremonial but why tf is it a key?

Single handedly Durk took down OTF. Von's dead and Durk is doing life in the Fed's
He just got arrested the other day why’s everyone talking like he just lost trial lol. He should hire Jose Baez that dude works magic
@@anonymousperson6119 Bro the feds don't come and get you, until they are 100 percent sure they got you, if that makes sense. They have a 97 percent conviction rate. I love Durk bro but he did this to himself
How shocking and surprising 🙄
