As someone who is starting their tech career in blockchain. I am going through a non conventional route so how would I write my resume with no prior experience. I know a few have told me to work on Git and do open source projects. Is that enough to land a starting job. Also how would potential recruiters and companies see me having no prior working at a company experience versus someone who has.

You said that the bold words are distracting. Don't you think its essential when someone is scanning your resume for 6 sec ? Your novel example holds true if the recruiter is reading the resume carefully

Bolding the “coding languages” is distracting because it’s irrelevant information.
It’s okay to bold something on your resume that’s actually important
