In this episode Janet visits Nasi Tekor in Kertalangu, Denpasar. This hidden gem is run by Pak Darta and is like stepping back in Balinese culinary time. This charming eatery is a bamboo and wood eco-friendly oasis on the edge of the city centre. Pak Darta dishes up authentic Balinese nasi campur with an individual twist, displaying his own unique style to set him apart from the rest. The 'tekor' of bamboo plate comes with its own story, as do the banana leaves that go with it.

Love the vid and the vibe. However, maybe if the editor can make the duration of the plate a little longer, and also where viewers can discern each element in the plate more clearly...., it would be much better.
For instance, when you mentioned the vegetable name, I'd like to see the shot of that veg inside the plate. Etc.
