Daneliya is KAZAKH, not Russian!! She was born and raised in Almaty, Kazakhstan. She now lives in Boston U.S. where she moved two weeks after her 16th birthday. Daneliya will turn 18 in July and will have graduated from High School in June. She is no longer the darling young girl as you see here in this live streaming concert when she was 13. She is a full grown woman who is beautiful enough to be a high end model.
@@paulschmehl2124 I just re-read what I wrote and it came off mean. For that I apologize. You are just starting down this road with the best pure singer since Karen Carpenter. I also want to thank you for your service. You served in a thankless war and never got the appreciation all Vietnam veterans deserve. I am that age but was given a very high lottery number. A group of us at that time were gathered around the TV to see where we would land. A friend of mine at the time was born 12 days before me and was number 1. I ended up at 311. I went back to my apartment shut my door and cried for about 2 hrs. I cried because I wasn't going, then I cried because I was ashamed of my fear. I was always small. I graduated at just under 5'3" and 111 pounds. I knew exactly what I would be doing once I was in-country, tunnel rat. Well enough of that. My ADHD won that battle. Again I apologize again for the tone I set. I'll try to do better.
Her grandfather is Kazakh, grandmother Russian, and her mother Tatar. Her mixed ethnicity makes her look non-Asian. She went to America alone with a green card (She has an American guardian) and will eventually give up her Kazakh nationality because her home country does not allow holding dual nationalities
Daneliya does a great job with her vocals especially since it is her 3rd language she is singing in and if she was giving a concert on the same day as any other singer I would be at her concert with no regrets keep up the great reaction choices 👍.
Hello from Bermuda 🇧🇲 Thx a lot for reaction to Daneliya! For 13th y.o.she was here she was singing brilliantly, I guess! Now she is almost 18 y.o.and sings much better, her voice always was mature even when she was 10. So I hope to see Your new reactions to her covers. 🤗👍🙋🏻♀️ take care of yourself, pls!
Ela é uma cantora incrível. Aqui acho que ela tinha 14 anos. Acho que o pop combina muito com ela. Ela deve concluir o ensino médio e junho e deverá ter foco total na carreira. Ela tem coveers incríveis. Vou aguardar as próximas reações.
Did you happen to notice that she was singing live, and there was not one note off pitch? The fact that you don’t know the song, means that you haven’t heard the original artists sing it. Daneliya’s stolen this song, just as she has done, with most of her covers. She sings it with much more emotion than Lady Gaga, and with smoother tone. She was still singing with her Kazak accent, so the word void came out woid. It’s really the word she had a problem with. I hope you do look further into her music, I suggest her newest first, Tied and Cynical. They are commentaries on her career up to now, she started out so young, and is now taking control of her music career. Her favorite cover is Not About Angels, but I think her best is Diamonds by Sam Smith. You may also want to look at her AGT performances, spectacular
She is a very good singer. One thing that most today have issues with is those who tell them to put that mic right close To their lips. You can’t hear any of the words. It’s all muffled. They need to get some older folks who Koke a thing or two and stop this insanity. It happens with all new singers these days. Now once she goes up, she leans back and is away from that mic and is more CLEAR. Those mics are not cheap but they way they use them, makes them sound like dollar store trash.
And I pray God will heal that hearing problem of yours. Again I am putting my foot in my mouth, but I'm sorry, Daneliya is one of the best pure singers I've ever heard. She was just 13 remember and I would ask you to name someone in that age group that you feel is better than her. I know I sound like a biased parent, but I hope you will hear her enough to understand that 13 year olds do not sing this way. Maybe you'll never hear her the way I do but read what others have to say about her. I'll have to look at your library to see who you've be watching a lot. Well, I'll leave you to it then. Looking forward to your next reaction.
Name someone that age? Emma Kok. Amira Willighagen. Angelina Jordan. Daneliya is as good as they are, but they are all blessed with amazing talent at young ages. Watch some of my reactions.
@@paulschmehl2124 I did a quick scan of your library and it had the usual suspects. Heavy on Dimash and Angelina I understand being both a Dear and an Angel. The latter only refers to my status in the group that is Angelina's rabid fan base. Dimash and Daneliya met up every now and then, but they weren't friends. Dimash did call Daneliya a 'National Treasure'. They also connected in a not so great of circumstances. Dimash was signed on to perform on the show, 'The World's Best' on CBS. At the time of signing Dimash asked several times if there were going to be any children competing. He was assured that there weren't. Well going into the third round a scheduling snafu moved Daneliya's sound check/rehearsal time earlier. The problem was someone didn't check to see when Dimash's rehearsal was and as fate would have it he was coming in as she was leaving. She saw him first and screamed and ran and jumped into his arms. They then sat and talked for 10-15 minutes. Then went on with their days. That meeting led to Dimash's retiring from the show after he fulfilled his contract. When he tried to explain his reasons, RuPaul went nuts and said things I was embarrassed to hear him say. It was ugly and as hard as the Network tried to make Dimash be the bad guy, millions of his dears flooded all the communications outlets of the network. Then they got rid of Daneliya by means I can't prove but know deep down know to be true. I'll stop now and leave you alone. I'll leave you with a couple other names. Laura Bretan from Chicago and Romania. Then there is Charlotte Summers out of Spain and England. I'll give you a couple of links for each, next time. Until then God Bless you and yours.
I have to let you know that Danell...e...ya is from Kazakhstan She has more than 60 covers and her own songs. She competed in AGT when she was 13 years old and came 5th. The microphone she is using is not the best. Too much bass in it.
