These look great! A lot of these are ones I’ve looked at, but still don’t own lol thanks for explaining them a little more. A lot of them would be a perfect addition to our homeschool! My son would love that roller coaster game. I shared my favorite games in the collab! ❤️

My kids love Think Fun RollerCoaster! I might love it more than them!

Cat crimes is another great puzzle game from thinkfun. My 7 year old loves Minecraft builders and biomes. It's along the lines of Catan Jr with resource management but has a bit more strategy. My kids also love Carcassonne. It helps with planning ahead and there's some simple math in there too

@@jmorgan1121 when we play a 2 player game in Minecraft b&b, we add a house rule that each player takes 2 blocks at the start of their turn without using an action to speed things up.

Thank you for the ideas of different games to use for learning! It's so good to learn about what actually seems to work.
Do you have any recommendations for games that use common things, like playing cards, dice, etc? I'm trying to think of things I can do with games using things we own already until I get games like the ones you mentioned here.

I'm sorry I can't think of any recommendations for games that use common things. My kids use cards for solitaire or the pyramid game (which you could use for math because they have to figure out what two cards make 13.) My kids really like phase 10. We don't use it for gameschooling, but it is a fun game to play. You could do your own Yahtzee game if you have dice and that helps kids with math as well. If I think of other ideas, I will let you know.
