Christine, you're probably not going to see this...oh wait- but you are probably one of the biggest culinary inspirations I can think of. I recently (I'm late but it's fine) watched your season of Masterchef and when you made that clay pot catfish look so beautiful, I knew you were going to go far.
Seeing you battle not only all those other cooks but also yourself on the show and come out the other end stronger and stronger every time, it just made me fall in love with you more and more, and seeing you win just put the cherry on top.
I am a 24 year old aspiring chef with Aspberger's, a social disorder, and obviously working in a kitchen when you have trouble with talking to people can be challenging, but I push myself to be the best that I can be just as you did.
I have your book, I've made some of your delicious recipes, I have yet to go to your restaurant because I live in Colorado and Covid is still going on, but I hope to sometime soon.

It's so easy. Just put water on a pot, turn on the gas, turn on the stove, put the pot on the stove and wait for 10 minutes. Why you gotta compare yourself? Just practice, don't act like you are the worst at anything in the world. Practice makes perfect

So glad she won Masterchef while I watched. I learned so much about having confidence in the flavors and colors of foods. That is why, while in a Master's class for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, my focus was on the role of nutrition used to treat disease. Since then, I have been honored to be able to provide continuing education classes in Nutrition Biomedicine to physicians, as well as acupuncturists. I know, when a patient learns to use foods by their color and flavor, they can target an organ system, pique its function or on the other side of that coin, patients and providers can also learn to sedate organ system functions, when using the principles of FOOD PHYSICS AND BODY DYNAMICS, Lessons in Whole Food Healing. I know Christine Ha is aware of this power food can have. She cooks with such intuition and awareness. Namaste Ms. Ha.

If in the world of music we have those people who are gifted with perfect pitch and those who don't but uses relative pitch, that's Christine. If you are given short of resources you'd create other options and start to realize there's just more and more other options to make and take. Christine was such an inspiration. Have a great day everyone.
