      @@TDMStyle I think so too! 😜😜🍺🍺
      I love the "piecy" look too! Always loved pre-game! But I do love the fact this one is right away light and matte without having to wait.
      I love both the paste and the clay. But this one seems like a combination of those 2 with some crazy ass hold haha perfect to create disheveled looks even on medium length hair by scrunching it in.

      Now that I've used it a few times, I can say that, not only this is the very best product from the Salon Guy, but, it's the very best product I have ever used! Period!
      Works incredibly well in my hair!

    I've been commenting and watching your videos for a very long time. I've been trying to get you to do a number of products, one was Arcadian Matte Paste(top 5 rn it's amazing!) one was By Vilain Revolution wax. Also there are some new ones that came out by Arcadian and I think you would love them and would be great if you could try them out. One is the new Arcadian Texture Spray the other is the limited edition new "HOLY SHIITAKE" Texture Paste(top 5 better for short hair though"quiffs under 3 inches) and they also have some other great products like an exfoliating scrub a Banana face wash a limited Pumpkin face wash and some Conditioning oils and creams that would be great you can do a whole Arcadian video that's a little longer than normal. Arcadian is literally doing so amazing right now, I think it'd be crazy for you not to review products. They are just great right now and because I guess that they know(not sure how) I really like their products and order it from multiple different sites, just to make sure I can get them all the time. They actually sent me a new revised version of their "Clay Pomade" which blew me out of the water. Especially because the first time I tried it I emailed them and told him it wasn't was good and it actually had less clay in it then the Matte Paste does. So they added more clay into it and a couple other things and sent me the new version in a little "lab type jar". It was fantastic, just great and great for any hair length(same with the matte paste). I just caught my hair from like 4+inches to about 2 so I am glad they are all still great for my current styles. Organic, vegan, plant based, smell amazing...... CAN'T GET BETTER.

    matt you’ve probably talked about this before but will oil based products fuck my shit up even if i wash it off, or is my hair going to be fine after a shower? if i do consistently use oil based products on my hair will there be some sort of damage?
    love your shit keep doing what you do

    • @TDMStyle
      @TDMStyle  3 года назад +2

      OB products won’t cause any damage or anything like that, it’s just that they tend to cause buildup and don’t always wash out easily. If you only use a small amount you won’t have to worry about that, but if you’re using a lot of OB pomade each time it will add up and then eventually you’ll need to “degrease” with a stronger shampoo.

    Hey matt...have a question!!
    Is it necessary to emulisy/half emulsify a product fully, If the product is thick or creamy,on thicker-coarse hair??
    Need....your help on this.Thanks.

    • @TDMStyle
      @TDMStyle  3 года назад

      You always want to emulsify a product before applying, mostly to make sure you don’t get any clumps. Most of the time though you don’t to go crazy, just a few seconds rubbing it between the fingers.

    Which do you prefer between pastes and clays? Or does it just depend on the brand?

    • @TDMStyle
      @TDMStyle  3 года назад +1

      Depends on the brand, but generally speaking I like whichever is less dry. Usually clays are less dry than matte pastes for instance, but not for all brands
