    Having changed loads of battery's over the years it's always been on pre 1990 cars, and having seen the amount of stuff around the J battery I was apprehensive, thanks for showing the window reset very usefull, thanks for a very informative video👍

      If you have a stop go system in your car then you will need a stop to battery. You can use the halfords vehicle check. Just pop your reg in and it will tell you want battery your need

    Perfect video! I just changed the battery on my 2013 Astra J. Followed to the letter and no problems. Only issue, it seems your video was upside down. I just turned my phone the other way and it was fine but just a note for the future. Thank you! 😁

    Just wondering does it affect the radio as in do u have to recode it mine is a 141 astra ????

    • @nocluewhattodo21
      @nocluewhattodo21  6 месяцев назад +1

      I didn’t have to do mine, there is a capacitor in there so as long as you don’t take ages to change you should be fine.

    Hi sir I have same car astra j 2011 Today I go halford they said your battery life is 33% Please tell me when should I change or what is the size of the battery should I put in my car thank you

    • @nocluewhattodo21
      @nocluewhattodo21  11 месяцев назад +1

      You should replace the battery with the OEM recommend battery. If the battery has not been replace from new it will be the same as that. Halfords and and got retailer will be able to tell you which battery your car needs. As for replacement of you are having battery related issue (like I was) the replacing it now won’t be a bad choice

    Funny thing it sounds like it’s cranking not too bad, sure it was the battery?

    • @nocluewhattodo21
      @nocluewhattodo21  10 месяцев назад +3

      Yes, the stop start function had stop working because the battery voltage had dropped. It was more of a preventative maintenance thing as it’s my partner car and I didn’t want it to get to the point where it could
      Fail on her

      @@raulmadeit if it’s cranking over but not firing. It’s not a battery issue it’s more likely to be a file issue. Just/change your fuel filter. Them check the fuel pump.
