I had a counselor at my tech school teach ways to pad your resume, like adding employment history with companies that are out of business. She was let go before I finished.
Wow that’s so bad
My employer made me show my master degree diploma during my interview then they called my school to make sure I attended all classes.
Hmm… attendance typically is not part of official records. They can confirm enrollment status but to report “billy attended 14/16 classes in psych 101… again… hmm
@@kennylc2193 right sounds suspicious
my employer requires submission of transcripts
No one attends all their classes, especially in grad school.
The real scumbags are the people charging 50k tuition per year
True, good thing a lot of great universities don’t cost that much
Recently bought my Ph.D in Trolling Studies ( I feel to be fully qualified).
Universities need to stop giving honorary degrees. If you didn't earn it there should be no giving away what people have spent many sleepless nights acquiring.
An honorary degree doesn’t really allow you to do anything though, it’s basically like getting a proclamation. If you get an honorary degree, you aren’t supposed to list it under the “education” section of your resume, instead you’re supposed to list it under the “awards and honors” section because it’s really just an award not a real degree.
Agreed!
usually on the document itself will specify it is honorary.
If you get an honorary degree, you don't use it in your resume.
We still buy degrees anyway 😂🥴
Where do we buy them I been looking
I can help you send me your number
@@mtvslime9564 he meant by paying for college lol
The biggest fraud in this video is the host’s use of green screen.
@drew_hacks01 he is a pro 💯 helped my cleared my uncles account without issues
Why be a fake in life? I just don’t get it. If you can’t even look out for yourself then go get some help. You will feel better inside and the other countless victims with low self esteems period
You get more money with degrees and people always need mo money what is fake about that
You can even get transcripts now
The real crime is the university imo, the education system in general. You would think that you will actually learn useful stuff and develop your skills and grow as a person. Nothing could be further from the truth. The modern education system holds you back even, you can't grow because you have to accomplish useless tasks and go through impractical projects in order to pass and that takes time... a lot of time. The time can be lowered substantially but why would they? It is better to keep the student in the system as long as possible in order to suck the most out of his life. On top of that you get a life crippling debt and spend your time working just to survive and pay your overpriced useless education. Don't be a victim, don't go to college.
When I was in grade school it was not cool to attend private school mainly because it was the 60s and you could not look any different than everybody else and the was not the 60s Then came the 80s and it was cool to be a geek The result was the point grade average in private school was lower than public schools
But it is totally cool to be a private school graduate. Even today people buy their way through life when they have the education
Today the world is completely corrupt
That did it! I'm tearing up that Whatssamatta U diploma.
In relation to recommendations to prevent this type of fraud. I DO NOT recommend any employers or recruiters to ask for a copy of the degree/transcript, or certified true copy as proof. I ONLY recommend that you contact the University yourself to authenticate the applicant’s credentials, after which, you can then request a copy from the applicant of the transcript (if you need it). On-line checks are great, but the more sophisticated diploma mills have these already setup to verify the academic qualification, so you should speak to the University directly and verify its existence. Its name should explode in Google across several pages with articles on the staff and students from multiple verifiable and independent sources (news papers, blogs, grad photos etc). Additionally, members of their faculty should list their published articles / journals which should also be readily accessible via several scholarly websites (ie, ebscohost). You should not accept that it exists by its website alone.
Lastly, I graduated with an MBA three months ago from an Australian University and received my legitimate transcript and degree last month. A fraud expert (CPA/CFE) friend of mine showed me two diploma mill websites that were able to e-mail me EXACT REPLICAs of both my degree and transcript within 24 hours before confirming the purchase. The seal, wording and even the deans signature were a 100% match including the layout of the transcript. Hence the recommendation to not use certified true copies until you have verified that the University exists and that the applicant was a graduate.
I had a Collegue teaching at a College who claimed to have a degree from a legit Swiss University. I found out that the timeline for his studies didn't correspond to the degree supposedly acquired by a wide margin. Apparently nobody checks thoroughly diplomas submitted.
Where I live and in the UK, If the degree is relevant to an employer they will check... (If they don't then I'm buying a Masters..) There's not many real universities where a 'degree' is actually any good..
What a weird, cheap show. I love the fake "residential street" backdrops. Is this public access or something?
Was that dudes mom? He looks older than she does.
Repent and turn to Jesus Christ while there is still time.
