- Macklin Celebrini is showcased in the San Jose Sharks' 2024 Prospect Scrimmage.
Scrimmage format includes four 12-minute quarters, with the 1st half consisting of 4-on-4 hockey and the 2nd half with 3-on-3.
Penalties awarded as breakaways, with both teams chasing the penalty shooter. Tiebreaker decided by a 3-round shootout at the end of regulation.
Game played on July 4th, 2024 at TechCU Arena in San Jose, California.

Yeah he won’t ever make the team. Sharks have potentially 100’s of millions of dollars in revenue from a #1 overall pick. You don’t cross check them during a scrimmage.

Those long controlling shifts in the o zone are so sweet. Hopefully they become "signature Celebrini shifts". The kid has every tool in his bag!

damn that sucks for celebrini but a nice game!
80% of the players in these prospect games wont crack an NHL lineup and this is all Celebrini can do against them? Dissappointing at best. Hopefully he wasn't going 100%, but if thats the case it brings up tge question of his work ethic
