Miles IS Spiderman tho. He’s just a different person taking up the mantle along with Pete.
It's comical that he was hated at the time then loved when his mantle was given up. Feels like how Spider-Man would be irl

Andrew is my favorite Spider-Man in my opinion he's the best the Gwen Stacy death scene hurts me now that I'm an adult however in no way home when Andrew saved MJ my whole theater went crazy I almost teared up

I personally think that Miles is Spider-Man, just not Peter Parker’s Spider-Man. I think he’s his own Spider-Man, but not necessarily the Spider-Man. It makes sense that Peter Parker would first come to mind because of his popularity and his suit is one of the most famous superhero suits ever, but that doesn’t necessarily mean Miles can’t be his own Spider-Man. (But maybe I’m wrong, this is just my personal opinion.)
Do you think if we were given more Miles Morales he would be as popular as Peter Parker? Miles was never my favorite, but I think into the spider verse was really good.
I think it’s possible for Miles to be as popular as Peter, but I’m not sure if he could stay as popular in the long run. I think it depends on the direction of Miles’s character, but as popular as Peter is, it could be hard for Miles to stay as relevant in the long run without being side by side with Peter. (In my opinion because it probably just depends.)

Miles is a copy ...a Token ...a pander spiderman ...nothing more ...just like supergirl or Batgirl or iron heart ...they make dem a different race or gender for "inclusivity"...they're not original characters ...black panther is great as a black original character...and yes I'm black

Stan Lee is turning in his grave triple times over with what's being done to his characters as for who did Spider-Man best? Tom Tobey Andrew all did a phenomenal job I can't wait until we get Miles Morales & Gwen Stacy hell even Miguel O"Hara.

BUT-Peter Parker is THE (original) Spider-Man.
