Wow, this podcast gave me so many cool ideas! I never thought about using ChatGPT to help with lesson planning and making it tailor-fit to my style. It's great to know I can also train it to match the needs of my students, especially when it comes to different learning levels. Plus, the idea of using it for quick admin tasks like drafting letters to parents is such a time-saver. Loving these tips on how AI can make teaching more creative and fun! Can't wait to try them out.
I am taking a class on AI and it gave me the link to your RUclips channel. Thanks for making the video. I will be looking to the other ones you recommended. Thanks!
Dear RUclipsr, Selena Woodward I thoroughly enjoyed your video ,"Is Chat GPT the Ultimate Teacher's Assistant?" and found it to be both informative and insightful. As found myself fascinating to see how AI tools like Chat GPT are being utilized in the field of education to help teachers plan, assess, and communicate with parents. I appreciate the way you broke down the different aspects of Chat GPT's capabilities and demonstrated how it can help teachers to grow and improve their practice. In Your podcast was engaging and informative, and I learned a lot about the benefits of using Chat GPT as a tool for reflective practice. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and expertise on this topic. Keep up the great work! Best regards, Michael
@@ReflectivePracticeAUS if students take the same view I doubt they will need someone to assist them in school. We have to admit as teachers that chat gpt has more data than you will ever have as a teacher and if the students really get the hang of utilizing it they will never in this lifetime need a teacher. Between google, chat gpt, and youtube I say the students can do without us.
@@teachatami45 For me, teaching is about relationships. It's about knowing how to people. It's about so much more than knowing content. Chat GPT might know a lot of stuff but it isn't relational.. just yet. It can't read a room and know when to pivot a lesson. It can read and connect data points but there's something about human connection that I am not sure AI can ever quite master. I might be wrong. But, for now, this is a tool to help lighten the content and help me to focus on those relationships and the little details of lesson planning I might not otherwise have the time to attend to 🥰🥰
@@ReflectivePracticeAUS Yes you are correct. Let us leave it at that. Everything else you just is just living . All of what you describe is how you generally operate as a person. For the rest that they pay you for the AI will do more than assist.
As a matter of fact . Teach your children how to use chat gpt. Assign them their tasks according to the syllabus .Ask their parents to reward them for whatever information they learn. Let us see where it gets them.
