Phantom is so niche, but so much fun once you know how to use her gimmick. I'm pretty sure the only thing that's stopping the devs from nerfing the reposition ability is the fact that it's hard to use well
Phantom isn't terrible. His upgrade sounds are silent so there is also a Strat where you secretly go 4 ap snipers asap and shoot down your enemys core in 1v1. Etan was beaten by that once Thats just one of the many cheese strats of phantom. Danke Merkel did a lot of work with her in the Fpl some seasons back. In 4v4 its just bad though
Do big boxes vs. small boxes make any difference while playing a game? I notice that incursus tends to use the grid and make his base very uniform and compact compared to the large boxes you use, with missing nodes and gaps etc.

yes, his bases are fine, mine are just more optimized to save resources here and there
