D.I.Y How to remove a spigot bearing / pilot bearing The easy way

Doesn't work on needle roller type spigot bearing or on LS engines (LS engines have a welsh plug in the crank.)

look, i tried it today with the blue wheel grease and it just blew the seals out, so used bread and that did the trick
was a china bearing so no loss

Took an American 10 minutes of waffle.
Australian does it in 1 minute and even uses a claw hammer.
