hi is there a way you can edit/add to the descriptions of the set exercises? I feel many could/should be massively improved and it would add a more personal touch. Or do you just have to personally film and do it again all yourself?
Great question. Unfortunately there is no way to edit the descriptions unless you add your own videos. However there is a description box where you can leave clients notes for each individual workout. Another option other than recording your own exercises is to search for a particular exercise within Trainerize. If it doesn’t appear at the bottom of the screen you will see an option to “import from RUclips”. You can add an exercise from RUclips, and you CAN edit the description for those videos.
When I first started I did a free 30 day trial which helped me see all the app features. Here’s the link if you’d like to try it out! getstarted.trainerize.com/m425ac3cng2v
@@beasty_b6967 The app is designed to be used by clients from a phone and coaches from a pc. You can still do some basic functions from your phone, but you’ll want to use the pc most of the time as a coach.
I’m using Trainerize to deliver fitness plans to my clients online. If you are a coach, and would like to try it out for free for 30 days click here: getstarted.trainerize.com/m425ac3cng2v
Again thank you so much for sharing this
