I am an online personal trainer who creates clients customized programs to help them reach their goals. Much of the fitness industry is filled with scams, lies, and unhealthy methods. My goal is to use this channel to benefit both my clients and anyone who chooses to view it by providing science backed information. I also like to help people find their own unique path that is maintainable and healthiest for them. It's not a one size fits all, and it's certainly not an all or nothing. Everyone has to start somewhere. As long as you are doing better than you were the day before, and can realistically continue with what you are doing, and enjoy it, that's what matters!
