Just so you know, the speed modifiers will make you very vulnerable to figure, even if crouching, it can hear you, this goes the same with having vitamins without the modifier, so its best to just walk around :)
Edit: I'm just looking out for y'all. You don't have to tell me that you can outrun figure, because it will still chase you anyway.

Something worth noticing is that if you turn on Battle of Wits, dupe will no longer emit sounds if you’re neat a fake door. That’s what maximum difficulty means.

For those wondering, the community is still debating on whether or not a "max difficulty" run is even possible or not
Is it really a debate? Like literally every stage of the run has some impossible element (instakill snares and four eyes, horrible speed, horrible visibility, no hiding spot guarantees, screech everywhere (may force you to look at eyes), snares are able to spawn in the middle of doorways, 30s interval ambush attacks need to be hidden from while still trying to make progress, seek chase needs to be done at horrible speed while not being able to see where to go next, silent rushes can spawn at any time, guaranteed halt attack with snail speed, figure being like 10x faster than you, no way to find key items without searching an entire room, probably like 5 more things I'm forgetting).
it's possible, just extremely hard

Idk if this modifier was removed or if it is hidden, but there is a modified called "Shuffle" which is supposed to shuffle all the rooms around, example is getting a greenhouse room at door 10.
I think LSplash said that it would be hard to add due to needing to mess with the room generation.
It's still coming out though, just in a future update
Imagine a modifier which turns every room into the greenhouse, or every room into the courtyard.

Average hotel:
Pretty much no locked doors, no entities, no dark rooms, no chases, librairy and end and you have to just backtrack into the elevator to win!
The only cons is that you don't get a single doorknob and its worthless...

Also something to note: The "Battle Of Wits" Modifier (and possibly "Wrong Number", haven't tried it) Make Dupe silent, meaning the only distinction is either the door number, or hearing lights buzzing or rain outside a door.
Edit: Random Modifier Modifiers (i.e. "Uh Oh", "How Unfortunate", "Chaos, Chaos!") can activate modifiers that aren't unlocked yet.
Battle of Wits (And maybe wrong number) also scratches the number on the Keys, making them unreliable now
I am pretty sure the amount of dupe possible in one room is increased (or the odd of it).
So it's possible to have 6 dupe in one room...
This actually make it easier to find wich door is Real because dupe can only have either a room number ONE up or down than the next room.
Wich mean you may find multiple dupes having the same number in some rooms. All you gotta do is look for the number that doesn't repeat...
Or you know, remember the number of next door when opening a New one?
I’m pretty sure it does it in general now as well. Me and my brother did a play through with none of the modifiers involving Dupe and we still got scratched off key numbers.
For everyone here, dupe still does growling sounds without modifiers, both "wrong number" and "battle of wits" make him completely silent.
Also keys are scratched off normally too.
A90 is clearly my favourite. It adds that little difficulty in between mob spawns where like nothing happens. But it spawns a lot in door 50 aswell

i kinda wanna see a modifier that makes every room (except 50 and 100) a Seek Chase, but also making you slightly faster to be able to stay ahead or even be able to get a bit of distance from him, but setting a max distance you can be from him so you can't get too far ahead. that or automatically get 3 (maybe more) vitamins before the start of each chase

I’m pretty sure that the rooms entities can spawn on a timer instead of just on a door which means a-120 is fatal in lever rooms due to the aim script
Edit: they do spawn on a timer. This means you need to be very quick with lever rooms. The double door-lever room can be very dangerous.

The only way to survive with all mods, is to camp the door 0 desk as no entity like rush, ambush, a-60, a-120 can affect you, the only threats are screech, snare and a-90

I was at door 85, I have 9 mutators and all of them buff the entities so they are very dangerous. (IMPORTANT TO NOTE, SCREECH COULD SPAW ANYWHERE)
Basically, Halt spawns, and im going back and forth, halfway through screech spawns, and as I was looking around, I got a little disoriented on which direction I was supposed to go, so basically after I got rid of screech, I walked BACK INTO halt and died.
(I had already been bitten by screech during the seek chase before hand, so i was low.)

Mine was probably equally bad like yours, I was trying to get Hotel Hell and i was on door 93 when I had “I’m Running here” and “Rush Hour”, I was standing besides a closet when I heard Screech, but Rush was also coming, so my stupid dementia brain forgot that I had THE HERB OF VIRDIS ON (and I had full health) AND LOOKED AT SCREECH FIRST AND DIED TO RUSH BRUH🙏🙏🙏🙏
Moral Of Story: The bigger problem is more important than the small one
i feel like locked and loaded is more of a benefit that a negative, because you get a higher chance of encountering rooms with a large compartment which almost always guarantees an item
I am unsure if it actually makes those rooms more common, or just adds locks to preexisting rooms without changing the room type. In general though, I do agree with the sentiment that locked and loaded and key key key key are overall very minor in their effects.

Quick note to whoever that Last Breath and Injuries combined seemingly do have an effect on walk speed, which likely means Last Breath starts you off with a lower health pool, even if it doesn't necessarily matter, since everything non-lethal will be a one-hit-kill anyway.
So if you're going with any form of perma-speed reduction (for some reason), I'd recommend combining these two instead of just My Legs Are Killing Me, since they both have similar results as My Legs, but instead give a 25% bonus, while My Legs only gives a 10% one.
Great video regardless, I appreciate this showcase a ton, because some of the descriptions of some of these Modifiers are very vague on specifics.
Seek becomes impossible with injuries+last breath, unless you have pills
With my legs are killing me, seek is slower to accommodate the slower speed, but this doesnt happen with injuries :/

The "Really Bad time" modifier also makes Rush spawn every~50 seconds(Shortest time I've seen was 46 seconds and the longest was 57seconds)

It happens all the time now, I believe. Me and my brother did a modifier run without anything involving Dupe and we still got scratched off key numbers.

Using the Again & Again & Again modifier,here’s a small tip, if you find a crucifix early , save it on Ambush , that will forever delete him from the game

Very important question! Do the modifiers that increase your speed increase further in the seek chase or will you be going at the speed you usually go during the seek chase during a normal playthrough

But anyways, yes, someone infact cares. Me. The candle is very useful in most cases. It makes light for dark areas and get blowns out whenever ian entity is coming.

I got a question: What's your favorite modifiers? Mine are the Rush modifiers. I have always thought Rush was boring and not really much of a threat. Now I actually have to watch out for Rush. My favorite combination of Rush and other modifiers are Rush Hour, Faster, Faster, Faster, Few Places To Hide, Again & Again & Again, and I'm Runnin' Here. What would you rate that combination?

on the battle of wits modifier (or wrong number im not sure) dupe will immit no ambience when near the door. so you really have to remember what door it is, or your screwed!
Oh yeah this is also a huge opportunity for the devs to make small content updates like every 2 weeks for example, adding 1 or 2 new modifiers
