You can, they are cached.

Bleach Bit , does this delete deleted files like old text files (like *.odt) / deleted pictures ( *.jpg/*.png/...) deleted videos (*.mp/*.mpeg/...)

how do i wipe my hard drive out with BleachBit I'm selling my old computer i don't want save or transfer any thing from my old computer

Use Gparted, open it as root and format the drive.
You can also use the command line or Live ISO to format the drive.
