hey i've been watching ur videos since 2012, and I just rediscovered your channel recently. It made me sad to see how the time has passed. I was 10 back then, and I enjoyed trains so much, they were my life. And I'm starting to rediscover my love for trains. Keep the videos coming. The now 16 year old me is starting to enjoy them again!
Can I just say, since your return, you have rolled out so many videos, they might be more frequent than the videos before the 'news' :D
Also I hope you appreciated the poll I used on your 'collab with Sam'strains tweet' ;) Suprisingly it got 19 votes ;) Anyway IF the collab does go ahead, I look forward to watching it and hope you do enjoy making it :)

I personally like the echo, helps you keep the, down to earth, personal feel.
CGI Thomas has improved dramatically since it first started, and it's not too bad to watch now, but I still prefer the classics.

I have two trains made up of the black Swedish coaches at 9:52 and blue-red ones. I’m visiting Stockholm next month and want to finally buy two S11 restaurant coaches from a Norwegian manufacturer to complete the train!
great that your getting back in the swing of videos, etc. just a mention if your in Cornwall in the summer aswell as Bodmin there is another steam railway called the Helston Railway in the St Ives area.

if you are going to Dorset this summer i can recommend the Swanage railway
you should definitely get a roco locomotive there the Rolls Royce of model locomotives.
Oliver Chapman yes they are... I gifted a Roco Locomotive to my father together with the Roco Line tracks. He loves it! This Track is genius!
With my Lav mic, I connect it to a zoom z1 recorder. Use the mic on the camera too, then I use Adobe Premier Pro to edit and, using both the audio from the lav and camer, you can sync it so that you can use the lav audio on you videos, without struggling to manually get the sound to match the mouth movements (trust me, that’s a headache! 🤕)
Happy to talk you through it in more detail if you want? If nothing more, it may give you some ideas on ways to use the mic...

Hey Will, can you do more battle of the shunters? For episode 4, do a tug a war.
I got those roco magazines xD roco do a lot of detail in the locos and trains, Will roco make a dcc sound and function frieght wagon doors in a 3 pack for £239 and roco made a NS version of a class 08 shunter!

This is important if you would like to buy something märklin! If you want to buy something for your layout you would need to buy a märklin Hamo as that works using the two rail system instead of the conventional märklin 3 rail system and as märklin is not a nmra compatible brand, don’t buy a DCC fitted loco as it works differently
