- The small child who was found dead inside a duffel bag in the Mantua section of Philadelphia back in March has been identified.
Police say the body is that of 4-year-old Damari Carter, who had been missing since late last year.

If family members were told he died after being hit by a car, why would they not ask about a funeral or even visit for condolences? Everyone stating how happy the little boy was but yet never inquired of his whereabouts. May this precious child be playing in heaven amongst the angels.
This is why everyone doesn't need to have children & families need to step the hell in when things aren't right & call the authorities.

Smh I can’t take my babies life I would killed my self . there is a spiritual warfare going on. I had a lot of bad spirts in my home” i had I felt suicidal like I wanted to kill me and my sons, thank god I’m stronger I had prayed then that I called my friend let him know, how I felt.
