I don’t look nearly as good as this guy, but what he’s saying about how carb cycling will essentially transform your physique (short term at least) is 100% true. You can look godly by comparison to your standard look. It’s the closest thing to a “secret of the pros” you’ll find that isn’t in a needle or pill.

What would only make sense to me is that eating one high protein to 2 meals a day would actually make you look like this, being full is the mark you want to target.
Yea this is the most superior diet model out of all and many people are unaware of it but at the same time it requires you to know your body and your current diet perfectly so you can manipulate immense amount of variables that this diet offers. Used it last year and hd great results.

Great video! I do extreme low carb all the time. When I eat carbs it makes me extremely sweaty so I know that it shocks the body and it increases the metabolism. We can all look like we are on steroids if your diet is very disciplined for sure

Most people taking creatine complain about looking bloated and holding undesirable amounts of water, so I’d argue that anyone on creatine should especially be carb cycling!
@jessie_fall21ART Lots of great research on creatine. Take 5g of creatine per day [after a loading phase], in addition to more lean chicken (and protein, if you like it). Be sure to get plenty of sleep, plenty of water, and don't overtrain: 24 - 48 hours of rest to recover between sets/ body parts. Consider working your legs first, on leg day, then work no more than 20 more minutes on back, traps, lats, and abs ... to gain weight.

Do you mean stretch marks? Google bodybuilding stretch marks and see if it fits. They might look a bit different depending on where they are.
