Apple Puff Pastry Tart
Ingredients:
2 medium sized apples, thinly sliced (I used Gala)
1 sheet puff pastry
Nectarine jam
3 tbs melted butter
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp brown sugar
Preheat oven to 400F. Divide puff pastry sheet into 6 rectangles and place on top of a lined baking sheet. Spread jam onto each puff pastry sheet leaving some room at the edges. Place apple slices on top of jam. Brush apples with butter mixture. Bake for approximately 30-35 minutes. Enjoy!
