Happy Autumn-- Oh the season of nostalgia, or rather the kind of bittersweet feeling that comes of admiring beauty that we know is fleeting. In my evening routine, I try to slow down and enjoy this fleeting season.
I hope this Fall brings you all sorts of comfort, peace, and contentment 🍁

I also added some sautéed carrots, peppers, and zucchini to make the soup more hearty
