I miss this anime so much it was an absolute masterpiece. There's almost 1400 chapters of the manga as well so there's easily enough material really hope it returns one day soon! Imagine Hajime No Ippo with updated animation quality for its effects as good as some of the animes this year. JJK, Fire Force, MHA and so on!
Agree. I've been reading the manga since Ricardo and Dates match (can't handle to wait for the weekly anime release lol) and I gotta say I was waiting for many matches to be animated like Randy vs Miyata, Molly vs Ippo, and so many others.

Ryo has mellowed a lot. Back here he can only be seen being kind to Kumi only. In the manga he has made a friend with Itagaki, his boss' daughter and to some degree also to Ippo. He kinda allows him to hang out and date his sister now without hassling Ippo too much. Hope he beats the Jojo reject Rosario and becomes a world champion.
You ever notice how they never put Machiba and Takamura in the same room ? Takamura would destroy the atmosphere of terror similar to what Sendo did but worse because Takamura would bully him.
