They used drones for some of the areal shots. FYI BABYMETAL will hold another concert on April 1st and April 2nd/ 2023 in which they will announce a permanent 3rd member.
I am a 74 yr old Dead Head. love BABYMETAL. Had to go watch the uninterrupted video before I listen to ur reaction and then write this. I love the way they do things. Hope they can keep it up.
I am also a 74 year old BABYMETAL fan, and was lucky to be at the Jan.29 LIVE. METAL KINGDOM was designed to be an emotional opener... many around me (myself included) were in tears when Su's voice came on. The chants = o oo oooo which with only audio seemed repetitive, was perfect LIVE... with everyone chanting with Su and Moa ... wanted it to go on and on. So, I strongly feel BM thrives on LIVE like no other. We were in teas through Divine Attack, and Monochrome, but went totally wild with PA PA YA, Gimme Chco, IDZ, ROR... Hell, I was in the Pit throughout the whole ROR... only BM can make an old geyser like go nuts, then bust my tear glands in the same concert.
Welcome back & thanks from Japan 有難う💛。I witnessed these two-day shows in January . Don't worry. After this grave opening, 3 girls performed 12 songs with Momoko including that hilarious chocolate thing 😄 and the Kami band was playing on the east stage that was not captured in this video. (Ohmura did a short but beautiful solo in the last song "The Legend") . Did you see 3 (not 2) thrones at 04:44 in your video? BM will change. The official 3rd girl is going to be unveiled in the next shows in Yokohama on April 1/2. Yes, at last ✌

@@tommyhansen3649 Unless she prefers to do otherwise, Momoko is the best official member. She has already : been qualified to go on tour abroad, got along with West Kamis, gone through the 10 BM Budokan and mastered choreo of at least five new songs. In addition, the 3rd figure I saw at the venue looked taller than Moa with the similar height of Su. I could see it from almost right behind in the Super Mosh'sh area. Although I am team Riho personally, the 3rd should be Momoko.
Rest assured that I am not capable of writing long English sentences. I regret, however, that you cannot accept the good will of devoted fans.

This likely won't get blocked. This is the opening song off the new album (due in March) and an "opening ceremony" song like In the Name Of. This video is from the opening of day 2 of their recent concerts in Japan.
They sold out two days in a row in Japan (25,000 a day) a week ago. So they still command a large fan base (including me). How can they not change when they have gone from 12 years old to 25? People change. The world has changed.
I like the three songs they have released so far. Definitely a more mature Babaymetal on this album. This one is an opening track for a concept or themed album. I hear there will be an announcement on Fox Day, April 1st. Could be the other one.....maybe a permanent third member. If you watch carefully, you can catch glimpses of the band on one part of the stage.
I love the original BM line up and will always hold that version up as special, however I am absolutely loving the mature Babymetal that I’ve seen so far. I love the somber epicness of Metal Kingdom and the MV just elevates even higher IMHO. The darker, more serious side is intriguing and I’m on tenter hooks waiting for the album to drop. 2023 is going to be a good year.
Amuse seems to be relaxing on the blocks lately. 🤘🦊🤘

Moa is now not only cute, but has grown into a beautiful attractive lady! It was great seeing them live @ Makuhari in Jan. Their LIVE is just out of this world.

This video is based on a concert that took place last month. This song was performed at the beginning of the concert. I sang it loudly along with everyone else! It was a lot of fun 😁Of course the other songs were great too!
I could be mistaken, but I'm pretty sure that BABYMETAL fans helped your fledgling channel blow up a couple of years ago. Probably more constructive way's of giving your criticism... sarcasm is most definitely not one of them.

Sorry you were held down and beaten by Amuse as a child. 👊🏽⚡️Obviously it has colored your view of Babymetal.
Maybe decades from now it will be written in metal history: "BabyMetal took thirty years to make their one and only album - Legend BabyMetal." And the albums we've seen so far are part of that one and only album. Su sings the most suitable song for her at every most appropriate age.

Really weird way to start the video by telling fans not to comment info about babymetal. Even if you can't be arsed to read it some of your viewers might find it interesting so don't really know why you would start this video so negatively.
Edit. Watched until the end to your talk about them not letting go of Yui. Well looks like babymetal is getting a third permanent member in april (ofcourse this babymetal we are talking about so nothing is for certain but this is as certain as it's going to get) so I guess they are finally letting go of her. Ofcourse we don't know for certain who the third member will be so ofcourse it could be Yui coming back but I really doubt it. My money is on Momoko getting the third official spot.
Metal Kingdom is the first track on the new album, The Other One, releasing in late March.

Nice reaction. Over a year. wow. I hope you react to Divine Attack and Monochrome. Nobody has had a problem reacting to those. New album out in March. They will release another song sometime this month. They're going on tour with Sabaton. In relation to Yui. Su and Moa have said Yui will always be part of the Babymetal family. With that said it's expected that they will be adding a third on April 1st Fox Day. Is it the return of Yui? Or is Momoko going to become the new member? Or someone else? Wow. Teach me to assume. Japanese metal is not my go to, outside Unlucky Morpheus, Nemophila, and Band Maid. I've found Babymetal to be merely fun until now. It's impossible not to like all that enthusiasm, but it never made much of an impression. This did. This caught my attention. Show me what you got people. I'm paying attention now. Great reaction!
What Babymetal videos/songs have you experienced so far? Babymetal's first 2 albums were in their "kawaii" era. Their 3rd album and this upcoming one are a very different more mature era. If you haven't seen anything from Babymetal from the last 4 years then you might be surprised at how much they changed.

Wow, this reaction hit me different. You can tell Babymetal has meant something to you. Thanks for sharing that. So far(knock on wood), most of their songs from the upcoming album haven't been getting claimed. We'll see how long that lasts.
I really think you should read up a little on what’s happening with BABYMETAL. Not least because much of what you covered has been answered.
For starters, nothing has been blocked from the new TOO singles. It actually feels like management and Amuse have been listening to feedback.
Secondly, a permanent third member has been teased from these shows. The overwhelming expectation is Momoko will be named and would be very deserving of that position.
Thirdly, this is a concept album. So songs need to be viewed in that context as this is the opener. Two other singles have been released, with another two to come. Su actually wrote the lyrics for Divine Attack, while Monochrome is one of their most emotional songs to date.

Everyone says “Beyoncé is the best performer of our generation” and I always say that they haven’t diversified their music taste then because Beyoncé’s homecoming performance was an everyday performance for BabyMetal. Japan has the best performers in the world. For me, it’s between BabyMetal and Wagakki Band but I haven’t seen many other artists live so I may be wrong.

They have released a new song every month since November (except December) until the album drops in March. There have been a total of 4 new songs dropped. The End.

Nice perceptive analysis OSN. There's a lot of hype about the Babymetal renaissance, and as you alluded to, some of their fan base can be rather "intense". 😅.
I enjoyed this track, obviously designed to be an opener/ crowd participation number, and definitely a more mature performance from them.
Speaking of intense fan bases (cue blatant request segue!), the Lovebites Wolfpack (of which I claim membership) can be over the top as well in defence of their favourite band.
I assume you're aware that the ladies are back from hiatus, with a new 20 y.o. wunderkind bassist, Fami? The new album, due to drop later this month, looks set to be a game changer. The MV of the title track, Judgement Day, is on their YT channel, if you get a chance I'd love to see what you think of it. Cheers.

this has been pissing people off when I say this, but Moa has put on a little weight, the kind of weight a pregnant woman puts on. Koba has been brainwashing, controlling and abusing these young ladies for years and I think he got careless. Also you can see the pain in her eyes.
