You seem responsible with your shifts, R154 should hold up fine if you look after it, start banging gears and it's prone to a fate like it's W series brothers :(

Im thinking about getting one with a 7mgte motor with about 100k miles. What kind of problems should i expect?
Look out for blown head gaskets and rod knock on 7m's. they're very susceptible to those issues.
Head gaskets. Bottom end bearing issues. And a very limited aftermarket support...
