It's not national security to tell the world "We are not alone"
While announcing "We are not alone" might not directly compromise national security, it would undoubtedly spark widespread curiosity and demand for further information. People wouldn't stop at just knowing that extraterrestrial life exists-they would want to know much more. Questions would arise about the nature of these beings, their intentions, their technology, and how long governments have known about them.
This flood of inquiries could lead to immense pressure on governments to disclose sensitive information, potentially revealing technological capabilities, strategic defenses, or even past encounters that could compromise national security. @@BinuralOdyssey Highly classified documents relating to ufo, uap, extra dimensional/ terrestrial entities as well as their tech. Only a select few are briefed in a scif. Those who are briefed cannot take notes, have any electronic devices, or mention what was discussed.
@@Jonathan-hz4yg That didn't answer my question. Having retrieved craft and occupants doesn't equate to them having control. It means they have an embargo on truth, and they haven't been able to extract much of the technology because it's locked down.
The thing is, how do you KNOW what knowledge they are withholding, and to what extent? If the truth was that they knew barely any more than you did, you wouldn't believe them if they told you.

Only vote for people who say they will pursue this and let them know your vote depends on it. I asked my congressman where he stood, and all I got was silence. I told him he won't be getting my vote.
@@Airwaves-Radio. Bill Clinton was adamant that he would find out and release the information. As president, he said that there was nothing to report. Having seen four UFO/UAP one night and their capabilities, I know that they are real. I lived between two huge military airbases and met pilots who confirmed that they had seen them. I tried to report what I was seeing- these spacecraft were practically in the airspace of the two bases. The US government will not allow military bases to accept reports from civilians.
I think our government knows that at least some aliens are hostile and that they can’t protect us. They don’t want to admit it to the American public. There’s no other explanation to keep it secret.

Happy birthday, Tim! (I'm also 60 this year.) 50 years ago, I began my journey w/strangeness and experiences w/UAP. Yes, I was 10 years old. It was 4 years of oddities, sometimes terrifyingly so, other times I was just simply in awe. Still have the same questions! Am I going to get some answers before I die? Thank you for continuing to pursue this, and thanks to News Nation for continuing to report on this.

Consider the extreme risks of adversaires seeking to abuse *any* capabilities that either NHI craft, or NHI themselves, may have to offer/inherently teach us... unfathomable.
I suspect that the main reasons for the IC deciding *not* to formally recognise this history/these facts as of yet, is because it will likely completely redefine our meaning of/way of life, and may do so at a speed that many people will not reasonably be able to handle (civil unrest, religious and idealogical wars, riots/protest). It is a genuine existential risk and the calculus has to be correct. In the age misinfo and disinfo, and the highest geopolitical tensions since WW2... any formal disclosure would almost certainly be immediately amplified and misconstrued by our adversaries to be made 10x worse in any way they could manage, to intentially trigger those kinds of domestic incidents as part of a first-strike tactic.
While I am *absolutely* keen on scientific proof from anyone/anywhere that we are not alone in this universe... I'd also argue that there is already sufficient evidence out there, on the internet, in books, through experiencers etc... (for decades and decades) to already make an educated conclusion. As for formal "Gov disclosure"........ I'm not so sure we really want/need to this door to be opened guys.... let science be the source. But given the pressure, if it does have come from a gov source to put it to bed... let NATO be the messenger so that it doesn't become one nation's realisation/problem. We're all in this together.

@@KenGAudio Good catch. I teach media classes and I looked thru stock footage that I see used all over. Couldn't find that one but I did find a new one when I searched UFO Navy ,that looks like an orb object that another passenger and I saw in real life from a Southwest Flight that went by Catalina Island April 2023. The stock footage was fake but they made it look like real Navy FLIR footage and the resemblance was pretty spot on. I describe it as football size object up to maybe 6' glowing greenish white light with what I am calling Light Spikes, looked like metal for an instant then flashed and distorted like light saber, kind of. I had another really close up encounter in 2019 with orbs so I am convinced , they have these on HD 4K +. Hopefully soon, more can get on with acknowledging it, whatever it is

His side is why his amendment got ripped out of the bill last time, and is why it got neutered in general. His side did that because they're corrupt and were protecting companies that donate to them and also happen to have downed craft they have been reverse engineering for decades. Well, he didn't do it last time, and he had the ability. He said it didn't interest him. He says that pilots have come and said to him there's something about it, and still he did nothing. I don't think she will, either, though, unfortunately.
This is what politicizing the UAP/UFO issue looks like, folks. To celebrate this behavior is just such an unfathomable mistake to me.
Please remember that this is somone who does have more info about the topic than we do. He also has much more ability to influence things. But all he ever does is come on here, lob some generic complaints about the pentagon and corruption, and disappears. He gives us no info; doesn't explain at all what he's doing to address the issue. It was his own hearing where David Grusch explained that all of the details had to be explained in a private SCIF. So Burchett, the question is on you now? What did you learn in the SCIF? He's never been clear about this. Just like he's never been clear on why the reporting indicates his two House Republican colleagues gutted the first UAP Disclosure Amendment. Doesn't that seem like a good place to ask some questions, Burchett? Seems like a pretty strange thing to not be interested in if you're trying to get to the bottom of this.
This is a man who deserves to be questioned, not pat on the back. If this is acceptable behavior to the UFO community, then Disclosure will not be happening any time in the near future...
