Ross Coulthart speaks with Jonathan Butner, the man who filmed several of these so-called “drones” flying over Langley, as well as Ryan Graves, who as founder of Americans for Safe Aerospace is working to make it easier for military and commercial pilots to report UAP sightings.
Ross also speaks with Wisconsin Republican Congressman Glenn Grothman, sponsor of the “Safe Airspace for Americans Act, which would require the FAA to come up with a plan to allow people to report incidents without fear.

Something I can't wrap my head around Ross, unknown assets are flying over a critical military installation and they arent doing anything about it, yet if a civilian drives up to military base then all security wakes up.... Only one thing comes up to my mind, they already know what it is. 💯

Excellent discussion. I’m a former Navy pilot (age 72 now) who experienced an encounter with a UFO (UAP) in 1975, and it resulted in my “Honorable Discharge” with an agreement to never speak about it or face consequences.

If these are adversary drones they would 100% not be flying over our military base with flashing lights to broadcast their presence!
What they're actually doing is trying to introduce themselves to the military, that's the most logical explanation because they visit all of the military bases especially if there's nuclear weapons there and they fly back and forth like they did in 1968 over Edwards they were actually showing themselves so you could recognize them look if you're a military and we used to shoot at these things in the 1950s we lost 146 Pilots Chasing UFOs nobody tells you about this many of them were Aces from the Vietnam War and World War II, in the craft that they were flying they were very familiar with it

I don’t believe anyone anymore. For the most part integrity is a relic of days past. Also the word hero is nauseating and vastly overused. For most part nobody should lace a human with the term hero especially when a paycheck is involved.

Facts!!! There was a classified briefing today with the UAP caucus given by the new head of AARO and a Air Force General,I think it was, and I’m curious to know what was said in this briefing. Since it was classified we won’t know what was discussed but maybe we will get some clues. I’m wondering if the new head of AARO is going to be like Kirkpatrick or if he is going to take his job seriously and not try and bury information like Kirkpatrick did. We all know that the AARO report that was recently released was just a Bluebook 2.0 and it was predetermined with a “Nothing to see here “. They didn’t do what they were mandated to do by Congress. They didn’t include anything about the Nimitz incident nor the other 2015 incidents of which we seen the videos to with the Gimbal and Go Fast. They didn’t go back and look at the older cases that they were mandated to do. They basically did nothing but say “Nothing to see here!!”
Well the public figures do like to constantly declare that disclosure is "coming soon", "2024 is the year", "two more weeks" etc. Obviously people are pretty interested so they get frustrated
People pushing for disclosure show just how little they know about UFO's. Disclosure is NEVER coming. If Ross really knew what was happening, even he might understand why this is a national security issue. Stop relying on Ross to tell you much. He just doesn't know.
It’s frustrating because this “I’m a journalist, I can’t reveal my sources” crap, has been something used to keep this secret for the last 80 years. Whether some of these journalists know it or not they maybe part of the cover up.

I saw something exactly like this twice in March, and the second time I got footage of it. I confirmed local radar that it was not an aircraft for the timestamp on my video. Considering making a RUclips video about it and doing an analysis.
To give credence to Butners account; in 2019 dural Australia I and a mate watched three orbs drop out of the sky, incredible luminosity, rotating, equidistant apart, and then they stopped, inertia didnt do shit, started phasing, the colours would pulse and change a plasmery orange/white. Suddenly what appeared to be a disc of light instantly materialized between the three orbs and the whole structure flew off as a fully formed ufo spinning back up into the clouds until it disappeared/evaporated. Notes; when it stopped i felt it in my head. As if it knew i knew it wasnt 'normal'. At the last moment in the clouds before it disappeared i thought i could see figures/silloutes in the craft.
Thanks for sharing! How close do you think they were to you? How do you think you were able to possibly see those passengers? Did it have windows or was the whole thing kinda phasing in and out in a way that you could see through the solid outer shell of the craft?
That sounds pretty ET to me , with all the ufo watchers in Nevada New Mexico Arizona etc , would the US test back engineered craft in the outback ? That Pine Gap sounds sus.

@@lamashtu3449 about 150m. I can't be certain what I saw at the end was absolute but it seemed like humanoid looking silhouettes, a few of them. I may have been seeing through the skin or when it was in the clouds the outlines were illuminated by the source points of light. It's honestly hard to know, anything period. It started as light orbs and ended as a full classic ufo. The eerie aspect was that I felt it consciously and I'm not one who perceives mind to be the fundament. Cool tech.
@@craigmackay4909 it's very possible, pine gap is a dodgy place and geographically challenging for several reasons, if you get to close in the wrong areas you'll run into 100kms of radiation 😂

Safe Airspace for Americans Act - Yes - Thank you sir! My father was a private pilot. And, he served in the Royal Canadian Navy during WWII. I am his voice, may he fly in peace. There's alot of crazy unidentified stuff in the air. These pilots, whom we trust with our lives, should be able to freely report and discuss anomalies in the air.
Disclosure is not an event but a series of events that we are in the middle of. We need to keep digging and Ross Coulthart is a well equipped intelligent advocate for us all. Thank you Ross!

Three things 1. Would a foreign adversary be lit up like a Christmas tree, collecting surveillance data?. 2. Would a UAP use what looks like strobe navigation lights? 3. Why was there no attempt to intercept them if in controlled air space?
Absolutely good questions with the exception to the UAP having lights. Why shouldn’t a UAP have lights? Is their tech supposed to be so far advanced that lights are senseless? Why even have a ufo if they can just remote view.

UFO the most correct, UAP is a very broad spectrum
First of all, they're UFO's. If you don't know that, you don't know much. Secondly, disclosure is never happening. If Ross had any idea what he was talking about, even he may understand that this is a national security issue.
I know all about these drones. There was a wave of them in 2018 in Arizona, Colorado even into Nebraska. The following year I personally witnessed them daily for weeks just outside of Austin Texas. They look like blurry car-sized drones. Totally silent, and can fly around for hours on end without needing to charge or refuel. I also have footage of them on my phone. Happy to talk to you about it Ross!

What you’re describing are not traditional drones in the sense we’re familiar with.
I remember hearing on the news that a local sheriff from one of the mentioned areas of these drone sightings stated that he was essentially encouraged to drop the issue (paraphrasing) and not be concerned about it. I remember thinking that this likely meant the "drones" were a covert govt operation on some sort of training mission. Now I'm not so sure.

WHY worry, report everything. I have noticed that sometimes reporting can be difficult. From personal experience,many failures, even though I thought at the time, this was something profound & a little scary. For me about 50 years . I always followed the military's take on this subject. Omg……these are what I recorded on video in Southern California in May of last year! I’m so glad I saw this video! There were 6 craft that I recorded. Some appeared to be blinking and mimicking navigation lights, but the cadence was off. One of them was not blinking at all, and at points some would blink and then stop blinking. 2 days later and about 5 miles away I saw one of these things hovering above my vehicle while I was driving. How is that even possible? I recorded that too! When I zoomed in on the video and slowed it down the blinking light turned out to be either a light or an orb moving extremely fast from behind the craft out to about the side of the craft and back so quick that it appeared to blink. I got about 10 minutes of video of these encounters and I would love for you guys to see it. I would love for Ryan Graves to see it too. Please get a hold of me.

@@sandinyabumcrack well, I do have my own channel….which is Sasquatch Omega…..but I don’t necessarily care about channel visits…..especially on this platform. The circulation of videos with content like I have and UAP content is so regulated and blocked and controlled……It’s almost not even worth it. With my channel for example…..the only thing I ever wanted to accomplish was to spread information from investigations I did related to Sasquatch. I just wanted people to know the data and then from there follow wherever they felt the data brought them. I’ve been very interested in UAP sightings and educating myself as much as possible about what was going on and where and when but I’ve only had a passing interest in it until last year when I saw these damn things. It’s really difficult to describe seeing something right in front of your face that you’ve been instructed your entire life to ignore because it’s not real……but when you see something flying around that is clearly technology…..and was clearly not made by human beings……It’s very crazy to come to terms with. Everyone I showed The videos I took of these objects immediately wrote them off as airplanes because they were blinking…..but they weren’t……and I couldn’t find any other videos out there of what I recorded until this video! I so badly want these guys to see it because I feel that it’s important. So I live near this same base and I saw one of these flashy things very close up once about 15 years ago. It was in the distance for a long time (flashing lights like this video) then I passed right under it in my car. It was HUGE and made of metal. It looked like a submarine or the side of a cruise or mili ship from below. I could see joints and rivets. It was about 50ft above me and hovering, still and silent just above the trees. Ive seen some otherworldly stuff but this wasn't like that. It was clearly made by humans...but defying what we're told are capabilities of our flying crafts.
I think a lot of these things are secret tech and 100% ours and that's why they have "clearance" in these areas.
These clowns barely understand the topic. Ross knows the bare minimum when it comes to UFO's.

AARO has no means of actually gathering data on these things. What's interesting is just how absolutely clueless the majority of people are out there to these objects flying around.
The fact that they are blinking just like conventional aircraft and drones have done since almost day 1 makes me think these are terrestrial craft, not true UAPs.
If anyone has ever spent significant time in Virginia Beach, they would know planes and the lights pattern they exhibit. There is constant military aircraft, commercial aircraft, small aircraft. People that live in that area are totally familiar with those things and would know the difference.
The DOD, specifically the air force knows damn well what’s going on.

They are supposed to not only get the drones but also to know the people flying it as well.

As a Part 107 Drone Pilot, I'd just like to say it is essentially impossible for those objects above Langley AFB to be retail drones (DJI Mini/Mavic, etc). There is strict regulation with flying your drone near an airport, much less flying it over one of the most important air force bases containing highly classified aircraft. That being said, it could be a military or non-civilian aircraft but that seems somewhat unlikely.
Yeah if they're govt craft then at this point, they're staging these incidents. But for what purpose? It makes no sense to fly govt craft this publicly for no real reason and then lie about it. The whole thing is so fishy.

11th April saw the same thing size of 1/2 cars, super fast movements, silent, NE Lincolnshire, UK 10:30 pm ish! 20 mins later 2 RAF jets flew over - probably from RAF Connigsby. Got video, but, it was night time! Way too big to be a drone, way too fast! Flew off 45° above the clouds in an instant, maybe 0.25 sec. Eerie! Tried to debunk! Local harbour uses drones for security. But, they're hand held, small remote controlled! Local seagulls went mad, circling above my house, alarm calling, hundreds of them! Hence why I looked outside! I called my adult kids, but, it flew off by the time they got to me! Checked that all doors & windows were locked! It was scary!

I have a DJI drone and live about three miles from the local airport. Because of my proximity to the airport, I get a warning message from my drone, before I can fly it. If I get too close to the airport, the drone will automatically return to the launch point. Obviously there are ways to override the built-in safety features of drones, but that would have to be a deliberate act. Therefore, even if these were some type of commercial drone, the operator is performing an illegal act in flying over an airport. This is why this has to be taken seriously by the authorities.

Yes, you can deactivate those settings, but if a drone operator was going to deactivate the airport proximity feature, dont you think they would also deactivate the lights, since they would be easier to deactivate than other safety features.
@@911axe Not all drones have lights, but if they do, some tape would easily cover them. If the NASA WB-57 was called in, they are taking it seriously and it's not a commercial drone. A helicopter could easily intercept a common drone. Plus, they have anti-drone devices.

HOLY SHIT!!!! These are what I recorded in Southern California in May last year! I recorded them for 10 minutes and there were 6 of them. 2 days later I recorded 1 hovering over my car like 5 miles away. When I slow the video down the “blinking light” isn’t blinking at all. It’s a separate light or object bouncing from behind the craft out to its side very fast! So fast that it looks like it’s blinking. They weren’t all blinking either. There’s so much more about this I can share. IT WAS INCREDIBLE!!! I would love to send you guys these videos.!

I have a RUclips channel and when I was posting regularly and my videos were getting thousands of views I began receiving alot of emails…..and although I went and read all of them and replied. to them it was a lot of work. During that period I got an additional email that I would give to people who wanted to send me evidence or video clips so that I would see them immediately….so I was kind of hoping that there was a better way for me to contact him then his generally posted email address. My father was a USMC pilot for about 16 years (1943-1959) and a corporate pilot for more than 30 years. I pressed him to reveal his observations, which he did circumspectly. He did not offer interpretations. I am a professional archeologist (30 years Federal). I have witnessed at least two UAPs in my adult life as well. I'm trained to observe and assess. I very much appreciate Lt. Graves approach to approaching these in terms of flight safety and taking these observations seriously.

Drone swarms is one of the tactics the Chinese military has been looking at. Not saying they are related to China, but we can't have drones flying unchallenged over our military bases. When I was in the Army, the weaknesses in base defense, problems with part of a security fence around our ammunition bunkers laying on the ground for weeks, security cameras being down for extended periods of time, etc. When I was an MP at Fort Hood Texas, I was working the West Fort Hood Army airfield and decided to see what security was in place for the many Apache and Blackhawk helicopters sitting on the ground. There was a single, unarmed soldier sitting in a small security building-and he couldn't see ANY of the helicopters from his post. I'm sure the situation hasn't changed. Our military has a terrible habit of not being proactive about defense measures until something major happens-and then it's too late.

I just really can't believe that 40 drones or unknown craft could swarm one of our military bases with absolutely zero response or concern. There's just no way. So these must be something else. But if they're ours, why do this and why so publicly?
@@blakeb9964 I agree. Try driving a POV through an ECP leading to the ramp and runway, and time how quickly a maintainer, SF, or anyone driving around the area contacts the tower or SF to respond. Bright flashing lights will appear everywhere, and they won't be UAPs.
That there was seemingly no visible reaction or response to this is definitely out of the norm and potentially leads the conversation in the direction of awareness of what was going on and/or a decision not to react or respond overtly. Not saying there wasn't a response (say a passive reaction), but on the surface, it is beyond curious as to why no physical response was observed at the installation.

What if they are not "lights" what if they are an artifact of their propulsion system or remote sensing and measuring systems. We keep calling them "lights" because it falls within the visible light spectrum and they may not be lights used for illumination at all.

If someone decided to fly drones over Langley to spy or to test out the security, then why in the hell would they fit it with flashing lights??? Also if this light is 10 miles away, then it is one POWERFUL lightsource, meaning the craft must have been rather large to carry that kind of equipment.

Just reading Leslie Kean's book UFOs and she provides a great summary on how they were able to track the appearance of UFOs beginning about a month after the initial nuke test is NM and how those appearances and trends coordinated with over 2400 nuclear tests into the 90's. Pretty interesting. Seems logical.

Why the footage is always so short? The man describes the objects hovering above the base, yet the constantly repeating video is showing the object moving to the left and thats is. You dont have the whole footage to show the hovering? Where did the object go or how did it disappear? Or you only took this short video of the object that seemed strange? ....
Video uses memory like mad. My own phone would have stopped after five minutes. Plus , it gets redundant in this case if not much changed during the sighting
