It was her hair, specifically. For some reason I always saw her hair as veeeeeeery pale green. Vengeance's story, while still not my favourite JRPG one, it a big improvement over the original imo. Vanilla SMT5 was always one of my all-time favourite JRPGs mechanically though, and it's only gotten better in Vengeance.
