    The gold wheels looks gorgeous.

    Really nice start! I was interested to see how this differed to the V spec version I made. The exterior is obviously different due to those bonnet vents but the spoiler is the same. I think the interior is the same except the steering wheel. I chose to drill out the holes in the seats on mine.
    Look forward to the next one!

      Yeah this kit actually comes with two sets of rims and two steering wheels, presumably to swap as you see fit. I have noticed though on the vpec the decal for the centre console unit is different, has some gauge graphics I think compared to this one that just has the GTR logo

      @@autostradamacchina that's nice when you get a choice. I never say no to a spare set of wheels!
      On mine it's got the GTR logo on the screen. Maybe the V spec has come with different decal sets?

    Hello! Nice work! what paint did you use for the body?

    Do you have to use Tamiya cement when assembling?

    Are you supposed to put the metal transfers under the clear coat? Never saw this before

  • @baddgoat85
    @baddgoat85 Год назад

    So, I notice that you do not sand your primer coat before applying for paint, and also you don't sand the paint either before applying the clear coat. So, you only sand the clear coat and that's it? Also, where did you get the stands that hold the body while you're spraying?! Did you make those or did you buy them?

    • @autostradamacchina
      @autostradamacchina  Год назад +1

      Ppl do it differently. I only sand the primecoat if i can see flaws, otherwise i leave it. That stands for painting is from tamiya

      Yeah you will be able to and will look relatively close to the box art

    Beatiful paint job but that's silver pigment are weird, too big imo.

      Thanks for the feedback. Yes the metallic particles do come through very strong. Its worse on camera compared to in person, but I would agree with you. I was experimenting with some metallic paints as I've never actually used it before on the body
