163 suspects involved in criminal activities in Mombasa arrested

163 suspects believed to be involved in criminal activities in Mombasa Central Business District have been arrested following a raid of their hideouts over the weekend. The security operation was conducted by a multi-agency team comprising the National Police Service and Mombasa County Enforcement Officers. The arrests follow a surge in cases of muggings and attacks in the Mombasa CBD.
