Then why is it banned in America if it isn't an aggressive breed. They will take you by surprise. May be it was your lucky day. Ive seen lots of video where PB randomly attacking people esp children. Its not a good idea having them as pets.

What you say makes sense but with this breed it's uncontrollable and you will never know what is coming when. It can even take it's master by surprise. I've seen it latch on to humans, animals and mostly kids as they look at them as prey. The price at which they are being sold will tell you the truth. I've heard the seller quote the same frase as you did and I only look at it as a selling gimmick and the real truth is hid behind. My humble request to you is, plz do not support it's promotion. Any other breed is fine but not a PB or any other equivalent breed. Plz don't get me wrong.
