I have been turning a blind eye to the onslaught of glossy lippies. However...I bought 2 shades of the Rabanne love balm and could not wait to buy 2 more! They are very moisturizing and the buildable shades are very flattering to my fair complexion.
Also, that lippie does nothing but reinforce my CT aversion.
Ooh I may have to try a Rabanne balm at some point. To be honest nothing they’ve launched yet really drew me in but it’s nice to know that it’s a good formula!
I somehow missed the adept launch. Too frosty for me also. I loved that adept mystery launch but it was definitely a builder
Oh you did like that palette? The shadows were so patchy for me and most of the shimmers really creased! I should use the few liners I kept before they dry.

The Haus Labs blushes seemed massive to me, but the size shrinking while the price didn't drop to $25 is messed up. They took 6 g of product away.
Yes! I mean, I’m all for a smaller blush. But they totally should have dropped to that $25 range!
I love your eye look , Kelly! This year i am on a low buy, the only thing i want to try is Haus Labs foundation, wich is coming in Sephora Germany end of March and probably Natasha Denona Yucca Palette at BF 😅

17:11 I think the perfect timing for launches depends on what they’re launching. If it’s a full collection, once a quarter at a maximum. If it’s only a palette, I’m open to more than that. But definitely not any more than 6 a year.

Kelly! As you were doing your intro I was already thinking to myself “She’s DEFINITELY getting the RMS bronzer!” And then as you said “I know I’m supposed to be on a foundation and skin tint no-buy, BUT…” I laughed to myself as I said out loud “Lisa Eldridge skin tint.” 😂🤣
Honestly though, you’ve never tried one of Huda’s big eyeshadow palettes? I find them really nice and definitely versatile! Lots of looks to be had!
Finally, I’m going to lose my rouge status this year. I feel like I have everything I need in amazing formulations. I’ve been leaning towards French pharmacy skincare (Vichy, La Roche, Avene, Bioderma, Karine Joncas (QC)). So there goes that Sephora spend. I just fell in love with the new Cover Girl Essence foundation and the new L’Oreal True Match Radiant concealer so there goes that spend. I’ll probably pick up Huda’s big palette in the fall though I’d prefer to order it from Huda’s website. And I’ll grab some Ordinary for strong actives. And maybe a travel size perfume.
Anyway, all this to say I will NOT be Rouge in 2025, and I’m good with it.

Yes you know me well 🤣😉 I think we are all shopping more through other avenues, and just shopping LESS in general. And the Sephora perks are dismal so really it’s all an illusion of this elite status.
Mostly I’m mad because I alllmost had the points to cash in for a $100 rouge reward lol.
I haven’t tried the big Huda palettes! A friend sent me her Retrograde palette but I don’t think that counts!
I'm with you. When brands release eye palettes every 20 minutes, it starts to feel less special somehow, I dunno.

I just saw that you hit 5K! Congratulations! 🥳 I do not have Bella Beaute Bar singles, but I have four of their palettes, and love them. Their mattes are blendable and buildable, and their shimmers pack a punch. In the Basic Witch palette, which is one of my favorite palettes of 2023, the shimmers are silky smooth. I am very curious about the Born to Stand Out fragrances too, though I have plenty of fragrances and don't need more. 🤣 I thought of you when I saw the RMS bronzers. I don't need new bronzers, but their colors look so pretty (there's one that seems to have a red undertone that I'm really excited about) and I am positive I would love the formula of these. I would love to see your wishlist throughout the year! 💜

I am going to stalk the Irish palette and ESUM 3 palette and the Groundwork II palette. I am also kind of interested in Rio de Janeiro Sun products. I do like a good sun scent. I have the loose powder from Florasis. It is beautiful. The pressed powder is something I’ll stalk.
That groundwork palette does look pretty! I had a phase of life where I grabbed MANY rosy palettes so I have a feeling I’m set 🤣

I also think a few seasonal releases is enough, with maybe some occasional special release, or a special fandom collab, and it shouldn't disappear so fast. The ideas are recycling so fast at this point.
