Thanks Caro, it is really a beautiful video and topic. I love the journaling exercise at the end. Yes do continue these types of videos. Since doing your course and I still go back to your course and do the lessons and meditations regularly I have been writing more and today after journalling on this video, I wrote a poem, which is something I would never do. As a dyslexic person I always stay away from things like that but a part of has always wanted to write in my art and now its starting to happen. Thanks for bring your magic into our worlds.

Thx for making new moon video. I'd love them monthly. I liked your perspective on self care, not being buying new things. Spirituality is so not about that. I shop sometimes when I'm lonely. I intend to think of ways to connect w others more often. Oh, what u said about having those difficult convos really resonated w me. I have gone into hermit mode and need to re emerge a little. If I ask myself...are people redeamable? I hope the answer is yes more times than not.

For me the ingredients of the soothing tonic are not available or shipping would be too expensive. Can you make maybe sometimes also a drink with ingredients that are more available around the world and perhaps a bit affordable? The drink you made look lovely and sounds magic though!

Does anyone has a good source of blue lotus or rose powder from Europe or Germany? Shipping it from USA probably involves a lot of costum fees.
You can find Blue Lotus at growshops in The Netherlands; at sirius, nextlevelsmart, dutch headshop and cheapest at herbalspirit, here i also get my cacao and its a great shop. Rosepowder I don't use but Berevita has it. I use roseleaves, more easily to find (i get it from pit-pit). I think you can crush/ blizz them up yourself too.
