Specifically, the Master's Type 89 exterior is from "The Master", a supplement for the FASA Dr. Who roleplaying game, published in the 1980s. I'm glad you said that - I felt sure I recognised it as soon as I saw it

Does this TARDIS have a Vortex animation when in flight?

A good question (one I probably should have covered in the video but never mind), yes they both do (the Master's & Dr's TARDISes). Its a sort of McGann-style vortex effect.
