Love this! It’s perfect for adding decor to our RV! Now, I have to say…I got such a kick out of you telling your little one “you can’t go outside naked” and “you have 2 feet, you need 2 sandals” I miss those days! One of my boys insisted on shorts in the winter and his “bubbler boots” (rubber rain boots) in the summer 😂
I know im gonna miss these days too bc that's my youngest and she's growing fast 😭

I actually ended up here looking for "pots" that I could work a little pouch in for holiday "potpourri" into-for my horticulture club members & my hort/ag professors as an end of semester gift for holiday tree decor! My gf in NJ has kinda ordered me to crochet her lots of plant hangers, in which I have made quite a few. Now I'm going to crochet her tons of these little plants, that way she won't have to worry about her cat damaging her plants. "You have two feet, you need two shoes." ahaha that brings back memories; I think I said the exact same thing to my daughter. This is by far the easiest-to-follow fern pattern I've found, which is perfect since I'm still pretty much a novice.

I recently learned how to stack a single crochet, and now I don't think I'll ever go back to using a chain in place of a double crochet. I love your tutorials! They are so easy to follow even if the pattern you're doing isn't super simple, and I appreciate that.
Thank you! I change how to do my starting chain a lot, sometimes I stack singles, sometimes a self-standing double. I like to try new things and I go through phases 😆

You could probably toss some potpourri or stinky wax stuff, old soap slivers, into the bottom and hang lower in your car where heat or air would spread the smell throughoit the car. Make it an air freshener.
You could! One of those car freshener cans would just about fit perfectly in the bottom, too!

"free" stuffing! 😄🙌 being not- so- wealthy, i have gotten very creative with polyfil alternatives, including retired socks/rags/towels (clean of course), yarn or fabric trimmings, old fluff from pillows or cushions, even plastic bags in a pinch 😅 one of my pumpkin decorations is stuffed with old, holey socks 🤣

Definitely watch the whole video before trying it! I was trying to crochet and listen to them and I wasn’t fucking getting it! When they said slip stitch 5 times into the second chain… I was thinking 5 sl st in one Chain… mine looks a mess! Ok, I’m gonna redo!
I thought you meant slip stitch 5 times in the 2nd stitch.
Thought making a leaf would be easy. I dont know what I made but it wasn't that. 😮
