One problem in the code: On the line //During Starting all Relays should TURN OFF digitalWrite(relay1_pin, HIGH); it should say digitalWrite(relay1_pin, LOW); The same goes for the other 3 relays. I looked at this part of the code when I noticed all relays being ON from the start.

You can add multiple sensors like smoke detectors, Soil moisture detectors, Temp sensors For Fan speed regulation, Also you can make automatic door opening system using ultrasonic and PIR sensor the possibility is endless you can make anything. Here in Wokwi there is limitation of sensor but you can Also try TinkerCAD where you can find multiple sensors but there you cannot use IOT device board like ESP or Raspberry Pico . You can try both TinkerCAD and Wokwi. Also to build the circuit you can try Circuto.io site
You can copy the code from simulation OR You can download the zip file from share option, where you get Circuit diagram and code which you can import in Arduino IDE

One problem in the code:
On the line
