Yeah, it's nice hearing some lighter stories for once instead of all the crappy people we hear about in the stories from the other subreddits he regularly covers. I really wish he'd throw one of these into the usual mix at least once a week.
This is the weirdest, most fun, horrifying and hilarious coming out story I've ever f**king heard XD I'm disgusted and dying of laughter at the same time!!
Ok, the father on the first story can be summed up with "He is a little confused, but he got the spirit." Honesty, history was filled with embarassing moments, but overall that was a good ending. Also, fuck that judge on the second story!
Story 1: so we're just gonna skim over the fact that OPs dad not only referenced OPs moms privates, but also made a sexist comment, and ON TOP of that, almost made his son have sex DRUNK 💀 like jesus christ dude, seek help
First story was heartwarming and embarrassing as fuck. What a good dad. But that second story...I hope that dad has been successful. It must feel so humbling and definitely stings.
Story 2: OP is amazing, and Rory is adorable. I second taking the mother back to court for child support. My dad was a single parent as well. He got 100% custody of 2 toddlers (my brother and me) in 1980. He married my step mom in 1990, so 10 years by himself. A shout out to all the single dads out there!
Friday 3 pm, a new cup of coffee, 1 hour of work left and a new episode of TIFU. How can this weekend start better? 😁 It's been so long since the last TIFU episode.
Story 2: So…i wasnt the only one who cried during this story right…? (also side note, you know DAMN WELL if a judge EVER told a mother “you need to step up as the mom” then they’d be removed as a judge but when it happens to a man it’s fine)
If he sues for child support and wins, then there's a chance that the woman will also have the option for court order visitation. It's definitely tough, but if I were in his shoes, I would do anything to keep that woman out of my kids life, including going without child support.
My dad was put in the same situation, back in the 80s. My mom was too high to show up to the court date and he never got child support from her. It was incredibly hard for us to get by but not nearly as hard as it was for this poor man and his son
As a dad, the one story hurts. The last story made me laugh. Made me think of when Geoff Ramsey from roster teeth put tiger balm on himself. Hit him like a truck.😂
I got one that I love telling. My cousin lives in Arizona he used to work on a pepper farm they put him in the habanero fields and told him as usual do not touch his face after he is done picking them. Well he had to use restroom and no one told him that he should wash his hands before using the restroom. You can guess all that turned out.
Being a parent when you're not ready takes its toll. The little things you don't think about and gloss over have unknown meaning and impact on your kids. I hope that dad continues working at being the best dad he can be
That was an emotional one. It sounds like he is doing a great job with what he has just now, and he is still very young. He has many years ahead of him to keep aiming for his goals, and certain things become easier/ more achievable as kids get a bit older. He's clearly raising a great kid, credit to the dad.
The ending of the First story was unexpectedly wholesome... Especially when most of the reddit stories you read about gay OPs are about how homophobic their family members are.
I feel like this quote sums up how OP and the rest of us felt hearing about his dad's sex life. "No amount of therapy will ever make this moment okay"- Timmy Turner
A wise man once said, "If you go touching your jalapeños, and then go touching your jalapenis, it's not gonna kill you or nuttin', but it's gonna mess your day up for sure."
OMG! I pulled a gluteal muscle this morning trying to help my mother up from a fall. She asked me if I wanted her to rub some Voltaren gel on the muscle. I told her, "I've seen too many Reddit stories where any analgesic rub touches the sensitive skin areas, and it never ends well." LOL - I think I felt this was going to be in your show today.
As someone who once went to pee directly after dicing jalapeno peppers, I can with utter confidence state that dipping your family jewels in milk does, in fact, help.
Tabasco story: 3 things help “neutralize” capsaicin (what makes peppers hot). Milk, sugar, and alcohol. Actually it’s just that capsaicin is soluble in those as opposed to water which just spreads it around.
i remember a hilarious tall story from high school, guy used to live next door to a loud couple who used make out frequently. so he snuck/broke in when they were't home and some how swapped the lube tube with deep heat instead (might've emptied the tube and with difficulty refilled it with deep heat) then the next time they made out, he slathered it on the his sausage stuck it in her oven/purse a few times before they both realized that it wasn't just in the "heat of the moment" because they were both yelling and screaming like their bits were on fire. the girl had it worse of course IN, not ON like his :). they were good quite neighbors afterwards if this tall story had any truth in it ;)
The last story, its like when people try putting icyhot on that area. The skin is much thinner than like your arm or your back, that people get poisoned from the skin absorbing too much of it and eventually depositing it into the bloodstream. All in all, it coulda been worse
Truth to be told, the first story it seems that the dad is just a good guy, loves his son and misses his ex-wife. Awkward as heck, but still, that man definitely goes the extra mile for his kid. The socks part was the best though. Pure dad pun material.
Golden Corral Money: Sadly, the judge's response is very common when dad has full custody and seeks child support. Some states have laws preventing it now, but even if the order was made in OP's favor mom could still easily get away with not paying.
13:40 OH MY GOD!!! There was one guy who put an entire tube of that stuff on his… jewels… anyyyyway, because that…area… has such thin skin and soo many blood vessels it is great at uhh… absorbing… well he made a full recovery but he was in the hospital for weeks and all of his organs nearly failed
The dad from story 1 is AN ENTIRE MEME 😂😂😂😂 he sounds like a sitcom character lmaoo I’d think it was fake if I hadn’t met middle aged men just like this guy. People are so funny.
As a man who hasn't had a b-day since i was 10 the story about the father feeling like crap that couldn't do the simplest things for his son(taking him to golden corral) broke my heart and brought back painful childhood memories i hope his life and his son's life get better
In response to the last story. My mother, when I was a teenager (that’s 20 years ago), used to make her own recipe of marinated hot peppers. She would do half non spicy, and half spicy. I don’t know which ones she used (their names I mean) because I don’t eat peppers. On day, she f’d up. She likes to eat spicy, so she used just spicy peppers that day. She didn’t have time to finish that her hands, fingers and cheeks were burning from the juices. She asked my dad to come finish them while she washed her hands with lemon juice. Her cheeks burned because she used the back of her hands to rub her cheeks at one point. Even though she didn’t have pepper juice on the back of her hands, the fumes were enough to burn her face as well. My dad, having worked with his hands in multiple blue collar jobs his whole life, didn’t feel anything that day, or even that week. He f’d up though, by not washing his hands thoroughly once finished, he just rinsed them off. Afterwards, he went to the bathroom to pee.😢 That’s right, his bits and pieces started to burn a few minutes later. I saw him squirming in his seat on the sofa, and then he bolted upstairs to take a shower, but my brother was in there. He starts to pound on the door, telling him to get the heck out, right now. My brother was wondering what the problem was, but he got out in a towel. Neither one of my parents slept well that night, lol.
I'm listening to this while having drinks by the pool with my neighbors, an awesome gay couple, and when you said "gay elephant" one of them spun around and shouted "I'm not fat, dammit!"😂😂😂 Gary, I love you, dude. Never change.
Hot cream I can rely on. I have 8 dioptries. Went to the bathroom to brush my teeth. Didn't realize (no glasses) that the hot cream was right beneath the toothpaste. Kids: Don't. The experience is just not worth it and the taste is awful...
Last story: I'm happy to know I'm not the only otherwise intelligent man whose mental faculties completely evaporate when someone tells me not to do something. I'm even happier to say that I've yet to make this particular kind of egregious lapse in judgment.
Coming out to parents happens in three ways: HORRIBLE, Hallmark, or Comedy Central. Mine was Comedy Central. Mine involves gay porn, a hacked computer, my parents receiving said gay porn, awkward phone calls, and everyone not acting shocked.
My friend once got a very, very spicy burger with hot sauce on it from a burger van. While expelling it at speed from his other end in a portaloo later that day, a bit splashed back onto the tip of his gentleman sausage. He tells me that was a very, very painful experience!
For the Tabasco and deep heat cream stories: Capsaicin and most heat creams are oil like substances, Dawn dish soap is great for breaking them down and removing them from the skin.

That judge who denied the father child support is a idiot
This is the double standards that are oh so common in family law. The father almost always get bent over.
Ok, the father on the first story can be summed up with "He is a little confused, but he got the spirit."
Honesty, history was filled with embarassing moments, but overall that was a good ending.
"I came here looking for copper but I discovered gold"
That's the situation I'm in while listening to the 1st story 🤣❤️
Story 1 dad is a little confused, but he's got the spirit!
Friday 3 pm, a new cup of coffee, 1 hour of work left and a new episode of TIFU. How can this weekend start better? 😁
It's been so long since the last TIFU episode.
I would seriously consider suing that judge
Yeah, with the way that judge was being sexist, I don't doubt he'd be able to sue over his constitutional rights being so obviously violated.
The dad from the first story is pure chaos lmao
That fact that there have been TWO stories of someone getting spicy stuff on their nuts 😂😭
As a dad, the one story hurts. The last story made me laugh. Made me think of when Geoff Ramsey from roster teeth put tiger balm on himself. Hit him like a truck.😂
Andrew Panton and Gavin Free did it on Geoff’s podcast F**kface too. It was hysterical.
Story 1 was the funniest thing that I listened to all week. Please keep making more funny posts Rslash. They are really worth it.
Story 1: that was… an oddly wholesome ending
During Story 1 i kept imagining the Dad as Rick Sanchez and OP as Morty Smith and it made the story way better for me.
That 1st story was surprising wholesome at the end lol
Honestly the first story was surprisingly wholesome. Awkward, yes, but yay for supportive dads :D
The ending of the First story was unexpectedly wholesome... Especially when most of the reddit stories you read about gay OPs are about how homophobic their family members are.
OMG the dad hiring the S worker turned out way more wholesome than I ever expected
I feel like this quote sums up how OP and the rest of us felt hearing about his dad's sex life.
"No amount of therapy will ever make this moment okay"- Timmy Turner
Hell yeah daily dose of rslash
A wise man once said, "If you go touching your jalapeños, and then go touching your jalapenis, it's not gonna kill you or nuttin', but it's gonna mess your day up for sure."
OMG! I pulled a gluteal muscle this morning trying to help my mother up from a fall. She asked me if I wanted her to rub some Voltaren gel on the muscle. I told her, "I've seen too many Reddit stories where any analgesic rub touches the sensitive skin areas, and it never ends well." LOL - I think I felt this was going to be in your show today.
That gay son story was absolutely adorable. 💯 would recommend. Dad was just trying to help his kid... awkwardly... but it was so funny.
Actually it’s just that capsaicin is soluble in those as opposed to water which just spreads it around.
that first story was weirdly wholesome and i loved it. he a little confused but he got the spirit.
I love this story, the dad is just doing his best to connect with his son, what a good dude, hell saying how proud he is with the workers, so cute
Lmao the dad in the first story has got the spirit but the execution is so awkward, he is so funny and I love how wholesome it is
I don't care if Story 1 is fake or not, Im dead. That may be one of the funniest stories I've ever heard. 100% worth being late to work.
That was a beautifully awkward but ultimately wholesome story. Families are weird sometimes. Good on the dad for being supportive.
I'm so happy for the son in the first story 🥺❤️
i remember a hilarious tall story from high school, guy used to live next door to a loud couple who used make out frequently. so he snuck/broke in when they were't home and some how swapped the lube tube with deep heat instead (might've emptied the tube and with difficulty refilled it with deep heat) then the next time they made out, he slathered it on the his sausage stuck it in her oven/purse a few times before they both realized that it wasn't just in the "heat of the moment" because they were both yelling and screaming like their bits were on fire. the girl had it worse of course IN, not ON like his :). they were good quite neighbors afterwards if this tall story had any truth in it ;)
The last story, its like when people try putting icyhot on that area. The skin is much thinner than like your arm or your back, that people get poisoned from the skin absorbing too much of it and eventually depositing it into the bloodstream. All in all, it coulda been worse
That first story is one of the best stories I’ve ever heard on your channel 😭♥️
Truth to be told, the first story it seems that the dad is just a good guy, loves his son and misses his ex-wife. Awkward as heck, but still, that man definitely goes the extra mile for his kid. The socks part was the best though. Pure dad pun material.
' i promised i married a smart man, but i don't know who this guy is'... glarious, had me doubled over laughing
I hope that everyone is having a good Friday!
Thank you. Make it a great day yo
Ty man
The first story could be a fricking movie😂. Also, hands down best supportive dad.
I love the dad in the first story lol the embarrassment is palpable
instead of standing up and showing him the socks, he shouldve said:
"hi gay, *im dad*
Story 1 feels like a sitcom, I love it
That first story was as wholesome as it was cringy. Big props to the dad though, he’s a little confused but he’s got a good heart I think
I'm listening to this while having drinks by the pool with my neighbors, an awesome gay couple, and when you said "gay elephant" one of them spun around and shouted "I'm not fat, dammit!"😂😂😂
Gary, I love you, dude. Never change.
Hot cream I can rely on. I have 8 dioptries. Went to the bathroom to brush my teeth. Didn't realize (no glasses) that the hot cream was right beneath the toothpaste.
Kids: Don't. The experience is just not worth it and the taste is awful...
NGL, I straight ugly cried for the single father and his sweet little boy.
I feel you! That was really sad. I'm rooting for this guy so bad now
Last story: I'm happy to know I'm not the only otherwise intelligent man whose mental faculties completely evaporate when someone tells me not to do something. I'm even happier to say that I've yet to make this particular kind of egregious lapse in judgment.
The Golden Corral story-that guy needs to go back to court. He needs to fight for that child support.
LOL That first day is trying soooooo hard. 10/10. He clearly loves his son even if he has 0 clear clues how to show it.
You know, that absolute trainwreck of a dad with clearly good intentions is oddly wholesome
“I was not psychologically prepared” neither was I OP, and you had to live through that experience.
I actually love the dad in the first story. He's like if Kramer was a dad.
