I made the baked apple oatmeal and it was delicious!! I used raisins instead of walnuts since that is what I preferred. This was so easy and very tasty! Thank you!
Oats take time to digest in the body and hence, tend to burn calories. This is what makes oats a good source of energy through the day and lowers your cholesterol.👍
So true! Oats have been a base of my diet since august. I lost 17 kilos already, never being hungry :)
Me and my hubby have never understood this theory. Oatmeal empties my stomach and makes me more hungry and makes us gain weight 😏
@@venusdemilo3378 the same goes to me. I still feel hungry after eating oatmeal or any so called low GI carb.
@@nuridaw9586 Yes, it happens to some of us. We just have to stick to our protein and fiber foods I guess!
@@venusdemilo3378 I agree with you re oatmeal. I’m always starving within an hour after eating oatmeal.
Wounderful Sharing, Thank you so much.
Tried the pumpkin recipe with protein powder instead of flour to boost protein content. Put it all in a Ninja starting with wet ingredients. Just a few pulses needed to mix. Sprinkle d unsweetened coconut, walnuts and almonds on top. Turned out great. Quick and easy to make. Delicious healthy and nutritious.
Loved it that you included all in your description 🙏

Can i use instant quick oat?
Amazing,thanks😋
Does anyone know if I can use the quick cooking oats for these recipes? I noticed her container just said rolled oats. I definitely want to make all of these! My husband just had a quadruple heart bypass surgery a month ago and I make oatmeal for him several times a week for breakfast now with fresh fruits. We both love oatmeal. These are perfect for us to have as a grab and go meals for us to eat on the way to all his early morning doctor appointments. Plus I love that there lower in sugar because my husband is diabetic as well.
I think you should use rolled oats, quick can be used but old fashioned rolled oats have not been altered. Quick oats have been chopped to cook faster.
Thanks for sharing this amazing recipe 👌👌👌👍.
My pleasure 😊
@@TheSeriousfitness keep it dear ❤️ all the best.

Can I blend the oats instead of adding it whole?
I love the music 🎶
Can we be a little specific about the size of the “small baking pan”?
I have a mini loaf pan that has four wells in it. Each well is 3" x 5" x 2" deep. If I didn't have this pan, I would probably try to bake these recipes in my smallest glass dish that's 9" x 5" x 3" deep. Hope that helps.
It's in the description ......
Great stuff. Grind flax otherwise go right thru body
hiii i like your dishes just look delicious.are these dishes for one person or more?
I can’t “copy paste” how can I get the written recipes? Thanks. They all look so delicious 😋
The recipes are in the description. I guess by either writing it down may help or get someone to help you screenshot it for you so that you can use the screenshot image for reference.
I hope that helps.
If you have a cell phone you can take a picture.
Can i replace almond milk with coconut milk
Great video!
So healthy...
Really interesting recipes !! I’ll make some this weekend with x5 more peanut butter & seeds :)
You cannot digest whole flax seeds. They MUST be ground up for the nutrients to be available.
NO!!! Do not eat ground flaxseed!
It contains linamarin which is converted to hydrogen cyanide in the body!
This can be DEADLY for children and adults in higher doses.
Adults should not consume more than 1tbs UNGROUND flaxseed a day and ground flaxseed should not be consumed at all.
The NFA suggests avoiding ground flaxseed.
If you want to look it up I suggest searching for “flaxseed poisonous” and or checking out the original peer reviewed Swedish article on the mater.
Oh My, I'm dying, eeeeek! I've been consuming ground flax seed for 15 years. At any moment I will drop dead.
Pshaw! Do some research.
@@maggie6479
So your argument is basically “Smoking doesn’t cause cancer because I have smoked for 15 years and I feel fine”
Sorry but that’s not how evidence based medicine works.
It is true that on an individual level there are differences in the amount of cyanide one has to consume in order to be effected by acute intoxication.
However there is also a danger to chronic exposure which can cause degenerative nerve damage, liver and kidney damages, hypothyroidism, miscarriages etc.
The advice from the NFA as well as the EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) is against the consumption of ground flaxseed at this time.
@@Strollerlove blah blah blah
@andree france paquette Well I'm certainly convinced by your argument, now. I guess I'll throw out all of the scientific data, believe you and take my toys and go home.
Todas perfectas y se miran deliciosas seguro que los voy a preparar poco a poco cada uno de esas delicias 🥰😉☺
Hi! May I ask if I can remove eggs from your recipes since I’m allergic to it at the moment? Would it still make a form after baking it?? Thank you
Oh, thanks!!! How about this oatmeal cookies as shown in this video? Can I remove eggs in these recipes bit can still achieve the same output?
@@angellynmarasigan1547 you could look up "flax eggs". There's a way to substitute flax mixed with water to replace eggs that vegans use.
@@bethsharma4766 thanks for the advise...will definitely look for the flax eggs😊
What size is your baking pan?
Where to store it for 1-2 days?
Very nice healthy eating
These look great I will make these
Cool recipes! Subscribed👍
Whats the size of your baking dish?

Should never put honey in things which u r going to bake or cook.
Did anyone made these? Is it less sweet or dry?
Only manuka honey is good for heating it up.
🍒🍏 QUESTION ??
CAN YOU LEAVE OUT THE COCONUT OIL. ? AS I DON'T COOK WITH THAT OIL . ONLY OIL I COOK WITH IS OLIVE OIL
