This tutorial shows how to unbox & setup the HP Envy Photo 7855 All-In-One printer.
We also show how to load paper, install ink cartridges, as well as connect to a 5Ghz Wireless Network.
HP Envy Photo 7855 supports dual band Wifi (2.4GHz & 5 GHz), Ethernet & USB. It is able to Print, Scan, Copy & Fax.

This printer is 4 years old and they still want $249 for it in 2021??
Hello and thank you for such a detailed video on how to use this printer. I would REALLY like to know how to FAX using the 7855 model before purchasing it. Do you have a video showing how to do this task? Also, seeing that this video was published in 2017, I'm wondering if you have been satisfied with its performance and also, have you found another printer, copier, fax machine you like better since purchasing the one in this video? Thanks again for a great tutorial!

Hi, I’m just wondering if you can print on cardstock using this without having to worry for paper jam? 65 lb cardstock..

18 to 22 lb

i snapped the cartridges in the thing and it snapped i place . i close the printer and it says cartridge problem . ive repeatedly took it out and snapped it back in and it says Cartridge problem

Technology Tips I had a chance to view now but it did not show how to switch from main paper tray setting. You showed how to place photo paper and obviously I got that part 😃 also I'm trying to print photos from phone. I can print fine from the large paper tray just can't seem to switch the setting from main tray to photo tray that's the issue. Thanks again 😊

The video was showing how to select the photo tray at time 2:04. It's using the HP software.
If you are using the phone, please download the apps "HP Smart". There is an option to select "Main or Photo" tray.

The only thing is your ink was in brown cardboard packing material. Mine was stuffed into purpose made holes in a Styrofoam side piece. White on white doesn't catch the eye. I looked all over for the cardboard, called HP (45 minutes of by life I am not getting back) and finally found a video that showed it in the Styrofoam. One dumpster dive to my trashcan and I had my ink. Oh, while I was talking to HP they told me that I could not just use full cartridges I had immediately ordered next day delivery from Amazon. They said brand-new HP cartridges couldn't be used on the printer that was not first set up with the starter cartridges they provide! I was going to have to send the entire printer back. I considered that to be of big burden (I purchased my Envy 7855 directly from HP by telephone, so no reseller funny business going on.) After a lengthy period of time on hold they finally they said they could send me out a pair of starter cartridges. I know it doesn't make sense, but that's what HP told me.
