Hi Paul, I have got to say, this is the most enthusiastic I've seen you for some time now, this exercising I think is doing you the world of good so keep it up even after the 200 mile ride. That heron shot had you had a long lens, would have been absolutely stunning across the water in that golden light. I'll catch up with you soon mate as I'm off to Krakow Friday and back Sunday, then we can arrange a weekend meet, take care mate, Steve.
