FINALLY Landed This Giant RIVER MONSTER ** BIGGEST ONE OF THE YEAR **

I've SEARCHED for this Giant fish for a long time and he finally ate my bait!! In this video I head out kayak fishing in preparation for my biggest tournament of the year where I need to catch huge redfish and speckled trout to win the trail series championship. I used a ton of tactics to locate and catch these big speckled trout and big redfish!!

Is trolling allowed in the tournament? My favorite thing to troll off shore is the biggest chrome rattle trap I can find.

I always have been told that you need bait and moving water to usually find fish, so it is strange to me that the trout bite started with what looked like no water movement, or do you think the spring is enough? Do you have any insight on this?

That area connects to tidal rivers so it still has decent water movement. Water movement is somewhat necessary but not always
