This is something I experienced recently. I purchased a genuine Stealth 1 driver from TaylorMade Korea and used it for a year, but the face heel side was deformed. So, I requested repairs from the Korean A/S center. However, they said that since the driver face seemed to have been deformed by applying heat, free after-sales service could not be provided. I said I had never used heat, but they were stubborn. They told me that if I was frustrated, I should file a complaint directly with the Consumer Rights Protection Center. Who wants to heat a driver's face? TaylorMade Korea is really, really messed up. So I vowed never to use any Taylormade clubs or products. I hope the branch employees are trained well.
Who’s going to tell the person putting the setup together, that they cut the wrong end of the shaft?! 😅 For length adjustment you are supposed to cut the butt end. If you are trying to make the shaft flex change cut the tip.
There is no way they don’t keep track of inventory. I would just be happy being able to get a discount since he works for them and then being able build my own driver.

Dear Taylormade, I have used the RBZ, SLDR, M2, M6 and Sim2 max… every purchase was promised as the most forgiving and furthest hitting driver ever. I have not seen anyone stopping a slice or going yards further than my 270 max total. Why should I buy this? Most forgiving 10k MOI… is it the furthest forward center of gravity with the “loft up” campaign of SLDR.. or the shape in motion for more inertia… gimmick after gimmick, marketing ploy, rinse and repeat.
Well I do have to say the stealth series was a bit of a bust but i tried the qi10 and there’s actually a noticeable difference, one that makes buying the qi10 this summer when prices drop well worth it
