As you said IIT Bombay keeps increasing ranks in the QS World rankings...then why 35% of the students in IIT Bombay are now jobless? I mean why these 35% of the students are not getting good packages?
Now days people have made jee and iit overhyped due to social media I wasted my 11th thinking jee is hard and not giving my full potential as I. Used to give in my previous classes one of teacher name jp mishira teaching on IIT school has changed my mindset and advised us to focus on learning rather than being over ambitious about results what you learn is more important than results just get into the process and start focusing on each and every topic.

bhai comparison glt hai kyuki IIT bombay is best for engineering in India and you can go to different fields and top there but IISC banglore is best if you want to continue in research and all cause IISC banglore is not a place if you want to earn a lot then definitely you should take IIT and if you want to go to ISRO NASA do research then IISC is best choice in India.

Bhaiya mera fav IITM hai research ko lekar uska kafi naam suna hai maine iitb ka kabhi nhi nhi😅
Both are known for research but you know college due to the mentality of student, IITB is a bit placement oriented,IITD is business oriented, IITM is research oriented(like many students go for higher studies) so all kinds of people are there everywhere but you know things only where the majority exists...
