In 1974 my friend and I visited Greece for the first time. Not so many tourists, pure Greece, Athens and surroundings, Paros, Anti Paros, Santorini, Crete. We slept on the beaches and cheap hotels, we ate at local restaurants just indicating the food we would like to try to eat. Then the war came, we were stuck at Anti Paros, all boats confiscated by the army. We have survived :-) When I returned to Greece years later,Greece was no longer the same :-)
Be glad you weren't on Cyprus back then. I've seen footage of the Turkish invasion which showed bombed luxury hotels and in one segment you could see the body of a young blonde girl hanging outside the blasted out room's window.

I enjoy this superb hotel for mostly because men of Greece are easily accessible here as for short time lovers. It's incredible. Some of the most brawny dark headed , in shape good looking men seem to dwell in and around this Santuary of a hotel.
After surgery and healing, we are coming to Greece and several eastern countries in Europe. Miss Europe and the people so much! I will get in touch for your advice where we should stay. Thank you !!
Utter high-end Greek charm. By the way, the biggest town of basically every Greek island is generally called hóra (χώρα), which in translation is 'country', but also 'main town' or 'village'. Makes it easy for the islanders to refer to it, I guess. 😊
I was unaware of such an oasis, so close to town. I love the courtyard as you enter. The fact that someone took there farmhouse and turned it into such a lovely and quaint hotel is great. The jewel tone doors, just pop against the white washed buildings. The Murano chandelier helps set the tone of the property's uniqueness. By the way, when you were in Venice did you get a chance to tour Murano or Burano? The art work and French antiques just adds their own personal touch. I can understand why, this is a place for people of fame. I'm sure the Casablanca lilies offer a relaxing sent as you walked by. The view from the courtyard overlooking the rooftops into the bay, would immediately make me disconnect from the world. I would agree, the maze of walkways at the compound is like Mykonos town, but with one added advantage, it doesn't have the crowds. The cycladic architecture and succulents remind me of adobe architecture of the Southwest (USA). Your room was lovely and quaint. The shared terrace would be great if you were traveling with others. I would oped for a private terrace or pool. Throwing this in, the choice in the change of back ground music is great and well warranted. The main pool area very nice. The only need for their beach area, would be for some extra P&Q. The size of the resort seems to be very large to only have 40 some villas and suites. There are lots of places to sneak away to, with in the compound. The food looks great, simple, but delicious. At night, the resort really comes to life. The mixture of clear and jewel tone lighting will make you forget about the outside world. Now were the lights in the pool, in the bottom of the pool? Your dinner looked great, I just wished you would have told us what you had. I like the fact that you give a shout out to my community. It very much appreciated. This property has some similarity to Monastero Santa Rosa (?). The one with the picture of Jesus carrying the cross. Great work again. I do have to ask. With the detail, quality and factoids of the properties. Have you though about selling the rights of your work to promote these properties to their owners? I understand this is something that you love to do. But, why not get something in return.
I did not see anything that looked like a lifeguard station or rescue equipment for someone drowning at their beach. I guess they rely upon Poseidon to save guests.
As usual you've made a fantastic video. Most excellent viewing while on the treadmill. Keep up the good work so I can meet my fitness goals. LOL! This is my favorite one in Greece. It's luxurious and yet comfortable. The others are so big and cavernous, it's as if you were sleeping in the Parthenon.
i like the accent colours against the all white...beaches and windmills look very cool...the rooms are really nicely appointed and layed out..water is so blue...lovely property..hopefully one day you will come to the Caribbean where i am...

The room rates are more expensive as the all 5Stars in Mykonos, from a 5 Star in Dubai or Ibiza. Its a shame.... Greeks of course can not make vacation there with 500 euros monthly lower salary. Only foreigners with high budget.....Greece with 345 billions of National Debit and endless Loans from Germany....Greek tradegy....small pool without umbrellas...

What you could do is add the rate you paid and the dates of travel as a benchmark so people looking at rates online can compare and work out if they are getting a good deal or not.
We all know it, Mykonos and Santorini is OVERPRISED! It´s not the place for the average charter tourist. It´s an island for the Greeks (wealthy), the jet-set and alot of gay-people. Was working here in Ornos bay -98. Had a great time. Leornado DeCaprio was on a huge yacht ancored just in the bay. Fond memories

Because I always try to film when there are not many guests around (early morning or late afternoon). I don't want to disturb anyone.
