- Confession this video has come out waaay later than expected, but I got there in the end! This video tells the story of my experience racing the final race of a Kei Car Championship series in Japan. It was a weekend event with many challenges along the way, but it was an amazing experience that I will never forget. The video ended up being a bit long but it was quite the story from start to finish that I really wanted to tell. QUICK SIDENOTE my editing has gotten much better since this video so I apologise for some roughness here and there. Also, I did not film much while I was actually at the event, due to people not liking to be filmed and also the wind was blowing all weekend and it was raining almost the whole time so filming would have been challenging anyway! Hope you enjoy the vid and I hope to race this series again next season!

Thanks for watching :D - Авто/Мото
Well done that man 😂😂👍 thanks for sharing.
Having studied abroad in Japan myself in Tokyo, I attempted to join up with our school race team but I just didn't have the time with everything else I was doing. So seeing this video was really cool. Thank you for sharing and allowing us to live vicariously through you. What an awesome once in a lifetime experience. I'm jealous that you were able to own a car while you were/are there. I got by without one but when WRC Japan came around I was really miffed that I couldn't drive up and see it. Not sure if you are planning to stay there or not but when I come back I'm definitely going to invest in a fun lil Kei car like you were driving!
Got the number plate video recommended to my feed, now I'm here. Keep the videos coming, very enjoyable to watch 😁
Thank you for the kind words, I'm glad you enjoyed the vid!
That was pretty cool! The race looks like a lot of fun. Very nicely done.
It was a total blast, one of the best weekends of my life! Thanks for the compliment :)
Really love your videos, keep em coming!
Glad you enjoyed it! Admittedly this was actually the second video I’ve ever edited on the channel meaning it was a bit rough (especially the voiceover). Also I did not plan very well for filming and ran a little short on footage. BUT I promise higher quality stuff is coming, with my best vid yet out this Friday so stay tuned!
@@JayDM2311 glad that you show the more humble and less seen/less mainstream side of Japanese car culture with your videos. I also own a Cappuccino, so great to see videos of yours too, the Vaqeratta shop was an especially cool sight.
Yea I mean it was fun seen to experience Japanese car culture firsthand and they is a huge community around Kei cars! I have driven (and own) bigger, faster cars, but there is something so special about these little beasts!@@velovelog
Nice experience man!
Thanks, it really was a weekend to remember!
Bro, your videos are so good! watched them all yesterday and today haha. Also, it's really cool that you managed to drive so well despite it being your first time on a track. Good on you!
I'm glad you enjoyed it. Actually this was only my second video I edited in Japan so it's a bit rubbish. I also wished I filmed a lot more as at the time I did not really plan on doing a video about the event at all. Also I said first time on a track not first time racing ;) That said I do not have much front wheel drive experience so that was very challenging!
This reminds me of Menu Book 40 in GT7, took me days to finish the menu book 🤣
Tokyo drift lore be like: 💀💀💀
please do more vlogs! (tip: try adding more live footage and commentary); your channel has got great potential! much love from the land of the autobahn
Yeah, I want to do more stuff and I definitely should have filmed more! At the time I did not really plan on making a vid hence why I did not film much, but next time I will!
@@JayDM2311i will definitely be waiting for it!
Great to hear :)@@yurii313
Congratulations!
Thank you so much we all worked very hard and had an excellent time!
im from the number plate video; this video is great.
Thank you so much for checking out my other content! This video was made really early on, and I don't think it's very high quality... But I am glad you enjoyed it.
Promo SM 😁
Nice video to share your experience. Congrats to u. Sub to your channel..
Thanks you so much I appreciate it! I actually was not that happy with the quality of this video but I really wanted to share the story and remember this weekend forever. This was an early vid so the edit and filming was not great but future ones will be much better I promise!
@@JayDM2311 sorry for the late reply. To some maybe perfection is important, but in a way, you video manage to capture your actual feelings as well. Keep it up 🌝
