They 'steal' our hearts, then 'break' them.....love to you all and praying you can find some kind of 'peace' xxxx I am going through this right now, with my 16 year old dog....who is letting me 'know', it's almost time. Never EVER let your best friend go on their last journey without you there!!! They were always there for you. You be there for them. My last two babies went to Heaven lying in my lap with my kisses on them as their last memory. I will always be with them, no matter what.
You are right Reba. I've had many dogs over the years and not one passed away without me looking into their eyes and telling them one last thing that they loved in their youth. It's the last act of love we can give our fur babies. I have 3 now and they will be my last as I am older now and will not raise any more. But as long as I'm here, these last ones will pass with me right there with them. JN
I totally agree. My sweet angel passed 2 years ago with me by her side as she breathed her last. After all they give to us, I refuse to abandon them when they need us the most.
Reba Thomas I totally agree with you, I have always held any animal that had to be put down until they take their last breath. They were there for me, I am there for them no matter how hard it was. God Bless all animals and the humans that care for them(if they really do right by them). Nothing is worse than someone who mistreats or abuses an animal or another human.
My Woody boy was put down last week. I know how it feels. It feels like they’re still with you, just healthier and happier. Never take things for granted. One day you’re having the time of your life then your mother picks you up from school and your whole world comes crashing down. Depression hits. Sadness hits. Anger hits. All of the above hits you right in your gut so unnoticeably. Don’t get mad that he/she was put down, because they helped him/her. They’re healthier and they aren’t hurting like they were and they’re happy. Not as happy as they were with you though. They will never leave your side. Just remember, he’ll/she’ll be waiting for you up in heaven.
My "Baby" died over 4 years ago and I was there when he took his last breath.. There is not a day that goes by without thinking about him, this narration brought back memories of how we loved each other. He was a wonderful doggie, one of a kind, dogs are wonderful.
Chani Horn my dog called lucky 🥺but I’m listening to this because of my grans dogs that got put away to another owner but when I see your comment I think of my dog what am I going to do with out her 🥺💔
My Larry was laid to rest today. After 15 years of love and playing, old age finally took its toll and it pains me to know that I’ll never hear his little paws hitting the ground...have fun and run around the tall grass friends in heaven Larry...thank you for being you
I left the human aspect of funeral service and now I have dedicated my life to pet owners . I opened our first full service pet funeral home in our county. A lot of people do not understand the meaning behind this. I know how important pets mean to people including myself and I know I made the right choice . I believe it !!!!
Every time I watch stuff like this, I imagine my old beagle. He's turning twelve soon and he's always had a lot of seizures. The vet told us we need to monitor his seizure since he's getting older and weaker. I remember a few years back, one seizure caused a stroke and he was paralyzed for a month in his back legs. My dad scheduled an appointment to put him down but the next day, the stubborn old dog was running around. But that was when he was 8. Now, I can't imagine losing him. He's been with me my whole life. Since I was two and I have no idea when he'll have another seizure or if this one will kill him. They're getting longer than they used to be, sorry for the sob story but...
1000% My dog picked me when she was a rambunctious pup and loved me with every unconditionally for 11 years. Her entire life was spent being happy to belong to me. Not once did she ever disappoint me or need correction. Years passed and she began having trouble standing up in the morning. I would lift her up and hold her steady while she straightened out her legs. She would look at me as if she was embarrassed or sorry she needed my help. I took her to the vet for an exam but I already knew the answer and packed a blanket. The vet told me the one thing that I didn't want to hear; the trembling was her response to pain. She still looked at me with those big eyes and licked my face. She was so happy to be with me. As much as I wanted to have her another day, week or month I loved and respected her too much to let her suffer for my own selfishness. I made the decision to end her life. The vet gave her the sedative and I sat on the floor with her when the vet followed through with the last injection. I'm a 63 year old man and I sat right there and cried.. I've never had a dog pick me like she did. I was hers from the moment we met. She would have happily given her last breath for me, but instead of letting her do that I felt like I took it. I felt like an asshole. How could I do this to such a loving creature? The vet reminded me of something I had forgotten. Just as our pets depend on us to provide a forever home, feed them, care for and love them. they also trust us to bring their lives to an end peacefully and with respect for all they have given us. We brought her outside and I rolled her up in the blanket and brought her home. They offered to dispose of her body (not a chance in HELL) but I brought her home where she belonged and buried her in the yard. It's been 7 months and I still miss her happy face. One more bit of info for those who have read this far. I cried more over her than I did at my mother's funeral. I felt bad about that and then I didn't. I loved them both very much. My mother died of natural causes. My dog died because I gave the order to end hers. Even though that was the right decision it still sucks.
About 8 years years ago my husky that I had had for over 4 years died because of a disease specific to them. I remeber asking my mother why she wasn't waking up. We used to have so much fun together. God Ive lost so many animals and I miss every single one of them.
This is our story almost exactly. The only difference? We stayed with our Apollo until the end and beyond. Picking up his ashes today broke my heart all over again. Apollo Smith 03/25/2003 - 01/11/2016 :'( Thank you for teaching us what unconditional love truly is. Miss you!!!
such a sad story .,.......i cried too much to watch this old video it reminds me of my golden retreiver...... thank u so much for making me happy and full of happy tears again :') goodbye my sweet golden retriver..... (tommy) I WANNA CRY SO MUCH NOW
I just lost my golden retriever, and though I knew he was 10, and though I counted on this life expectancy it took me by surprise. Very unhappy one. I am crying my eyes out.
Mcnuggets I lost my choco retriever I’m soo sad I was only 8 the last pic I had of him got deleted by a problem on my phone RIP Pepper I will forever miss you no matter what xx
Grieving right now for Promise. He lived with my neighbor, but he was my therapy dog. When I would see him, I would forget about all my pain and he would give me the courage to make it one more day. Thank you Promise, for all the unconditional love you gave to me and all the dog sugars. We will surely miss you, forever and ever.
Rip Riki. I will always love and miss you. You made me happy every day. You were the sunshine of my day when i was sad and tired. But one day, you had to go and you left me. Im so sad. I miss you and think you every day and i hope youre ok and happy. I know i will see you some day again 😘 Love you!
I just had to put down my 12 year old Boxer, Joe, last weekend. One of the hardest things I ever had to do. He was diagnosed with lung and spleen cancer 6 months ago. We made his last days as comfortable as possible until it was obvious that it was time. I got him when he was 6 weeks old and he was, by far, the best damn dog I ever had. I didn't let the vet "lead him away," though. I sat by him until his last breath, letting him know that I was with him from beginning to end. The heartache is still fresh, so this brought a few tears. Thanks for posting.
I miss my first dog so much... He was always there for me.. When I was hurt, sad. He would make me.. Happy. But now, that feeling is gone. He is still alive.. But I haven't seen him for 5 years... I just want to hug him
R.I.P Niam Cruz. My sweet angel. Thank you for your unconditional love. You've made me feel important. I hope to see you soon. I love you very very much. See you soon, dimple butt.
Also, R.I.P Buster Cruz. You made me the happiest person! Though, I was very young but I do remember you never failed to make me smile. It's going to be 9 year in November..
This reminds me of when I volunteered at the vet clinic. An old lady brought in her 15 year dog who had a slew of health issues. She said her dog had gotten to point where she was just existing instead of living and wanted to stop her suffering. I will never forget how that old lady cried and told her dog that she will love her forever.
I miss my dog Freya I will always remember her she was my best friend. When I had problems I would talk to her about it and I feel like she could understand me I felt like she was the only one that understands me even know she is gone
To all you dog lovers out there, it took me 69 years before I appreciated 'man's best friend', no hidden agenda with them, no small print, maybe some baggage but we humans, if we love them enough can sort that out, I have written a book called 'I never liked dogs until...', available on Kindle for a very small price, and it all started when my wife and I found a small bundle of white fur by the roadside, 8 years ago in Italy. It changed my Life, Thank you, David Watkins, Spain...
Having lost my baby 2 months and 3 days ago, this had me in tears from the start. Remembering him as a pup, with the floppy ears and bright wide eyes; all the walks and memories, right up to July 25, 2012, when I knew I had to do what was best for him, even though it left a huge emptiness in my life that can never be filled. Yes, I will love other dogs and I will treasure them all the more because of the lessons I learned by loving Jigger. Thank you for this video.
My story is different my mom gave away our dog when i was 10 then I never saw him again I really miss him. This story describes him A lot😭. If I could see or hear his bark I would cry.... I miss you bud. 😭😭😭
Just put my border collie Benny down two days ago. He'd been by my side for almost 13 years, through hard times when half of my family died or was diagnosed with cancer. And through the good ones as well. I promised him to stay by his side until the very end and I'm glad I did. He rested his head peacefully on my arm as he fell to eternal sleep with my kisses and words of undying love. After so many years of his loyalty, love, and happiness that he gave me, this was the least I could do for him to pay my debt and to prove how much he was loved. It's just so empty without you here, buddy. Say hello to dad and everyone up there in heaven. Hope you're chasing trains again, my little furball. You taught me everything and I will never forget you.
my dog died eirlier today.. not because she was getting old, she got sick and she was supposed to stay with me for 7 more years. I love you abigail. I will never forget you
I have done this twice now with my German Shepherds. I am a man and all I have done is cried since my little girl got put down and it broke my heart. I cried so hard watching this as I know what it is like. Thank you for letting us watch this.
Sweet. I just lost my dear dog Sweetie last night. She was a rescue and much loved. Whoever had her before me did not take care of her and she had many health issues, probably a result of very bad teeth. I got her medical care and more. I think she was about 15, and died in her sleep, which is a blessing I think. When I've had to put a dog down, I go in with them and try and soothe the dog, one last time. No matter how much time we have with our dogs, it's never enough.
after watching this video.. i hug my dog and shed with tears and say to my self ...how much i am lucky to have a pet like you... i love you my dog..." RICHI"
I'm a guitar player, not sure why I haven't heard of BH until yesterday. I came across this song. my dogs got hit by a car memorial weekend recently, when my GF was taking them on a run. Dusty had to go to vet asap, I was at home and when I found out, I had to go pick up Mojis lifeless body and bring him home. I buried him under the Oak trees on my property. At least I got to hold him one last time. He was the only dog I ever truly loved with all my heart. Dusty's in full recovery, but he misses his brother. I've never hurt so much over anything in my life. thanks BH for this heart felt piece.
Dogs have more and heart and soul than most people I know. A dogs love and companionship maybe the greatest love you will EVER experience in your life. I know I have and will continue with my five dogs.
I have put many dogs to sleep in my time. They were my best friends. I would never let the vet lead them away. They died in my arms. They were there for me at all times and I was there for them. No matter what.
I had a dog for my hole life and then just this year he died and he saved me from so much stuff that would make me not be here and I have been depressed ever since!!
I had a Germany Shepherd by the name of Princess. She n I basically grew up together. She was my best friend, sister, daughter never my dog. I got her at 2wks old. She was 11 Goin on 12 when diagnosed with breast cancer. I had her operated n she did good for 6mths. Then she came lookin for me needed help to get on my bed. When on my bed crawled to my face stared at me n kissed me laid nx to me n started convulsing. Rushed to vet said she could remain alive but paralyzed or put to sleep. I signed those papers angry at life. He gave her the shot I gave her a kiss n promised to always keep her with me n left the room. My dad stayed with her to her last breath. She is tatted on my back n not a day goes by 13yrs later that I would love to spend just another day with her.
I know exactly how you feel. I lost my German Shepherd last new years eve and the vet came and i sat with him as he died. He was my best friend and I can't get over losing him. That's him in my picture, a beautiful strong boy who ended up with paralysis in his back legs. No matter how many people tell me I did the right thing, It doesn't make it easier. I also have a tattoo of him. And would love to have one more day with him.
Im sorry hunn...It took me yrs n therapy to move foward n accept her passing. I use to cry every new yrs at the strick of mid night bcuz it hurt so much that she wasn't gonna be home to hug n kiss n wish a happy new yr....Well therapy help me accept it n move foward still a bit somber every new yr but no more tears instead i just wish her a happy new yr as my guardian angel...
Jacqueline Posada Thank you. I don't think I will ever get over losing him and watching him fade away in front of me. The pain is physical, and once I started crying I couldn't stop. I feel so much guilt for giving up on him and knowing he trusted me, yet I made the decision to end his life. My doctor put me on anti depressants, they work a bit, but there isn't a pill invented to take this pain away. People say, well dogs don't live forever there will always come a time when they have to leave. But it's the 'playing God' bit I can't deal with. I made a phone call to end his life, and that is the hardest thing I've ever done and never want to do again.
Thats understandable... In my case I never felt guilty for signing the paper for her to be put to sleep. I know for a fact that was the best decision I ever made in my life, n if the situation presented itself over again Id make the same choice. My Princess was an active dog n a protector. Ive been sick since I was a kid, my mom suffers from epilepsy. Princess was our caretaker as well. There was no way she would be happy living paralyzed. She loved her independence n for that to be taken away n to know I would have to clran up behind her if she pooped on herself n all she would hate that...She was miserable when she first came home after her operation, she wanted to get up n rum around n couldn't n would grt sad.....So when I had to make that decision on the spot, although I didnt want her to go it was right n that was what made it better for me. Dont ever let it get to u wen ppl say it was just a dog, or they will die eventually. Excuse my language but I can be a straight up bitch n let the (Paterson-hometown) ghetto out of me. I shuy ppl up that would say that bcuz my come back would be well ur mom/pops have to die sometime guess you'll just have to get over it! Many ppl weren't to fond of my come back so I would tell them if u dont want what Im gonna say to get worst I suggest u end it now. Like I told u before it took me many yrs to accept her passing n a great therapist to help me out of my funk. Just try to see it for wat u did u protected him the way he protected u. He never wanted to c u upset or hurting and you did the same for him.
Jacqueline Posada Yeah you are right in what you say. Jake had got to the point where he didn't know he had pooped himself and as much as I didn't mind cleaning up after him I knew he was sad about it. He was always such a clean dog. And yes when he couldn't walk, run or get up on the furniture like he used to he was miserable. I love your response when people say 'it was just a dog' I will remember that next time somebody says it again. I can lose my temper when it comes to people saying things against animals and my language can be just as bad. I will try and remember him in his prime, running like the wind after a ball and enjoying his life. Thanks again.
I am 16 right now I got my first dog when I was 10 I still have her but I had another dog it was a boy one day at school people was picking on me saying my life sucks and why I have a dog it was a bad day I came home early hoping my dog could cheat me up but saw my dad bringing him out of the house I ask what's going on my Dad said he past away I was crying I didn't go to school for a whole week dogs are so amazing they have a beautiful soul they have the nicest soul then Humans
My baby boy was put down the week before Christmas and it was like my heart felt empty without him. As much as I know it won't happen I would like to have him in my arms one more time, and say thank you for all the happiness you brought to me and our family, and to say I am sorry for not being with you are saying good bye when it was time. Although two months have pasted, my love for me to see you is growing stronger, and I hope we see each other soon.
I lost my dog a year ago and still grief over him, I’ve had him since I was little and still can’t get over him, he was there or me through good and bad and miss him everyday. You’ve lost a dog but gained a guardian angel.💔
Thank you Rex for being with me for the last 12 years. It was wonderful to meet you, now I have all these memories of you to treasure in my heart. This afternoon we are laying you to rest in our garden, I feel peaceful knowing you will be there watching over us. Rest in peace my beautiful baby, I love you always ❤
I can't believe you can write something like that without crying yourself... I mean, I'm not a big cry baby, but that had me practically bawling. Nice work.
Alexis Victoria I was crying watching this video. So moving but unfortunately this is part of life, losing the people and the pets that we love, but knowing it and accepting it does not erase the pain
My dog died this morning, she was barely 2, yet she did so much for me and will always be in my heart. When I drove her to the vet, she was struggling to breath, she couldn't stand or sit up, she died in my car. I never got to say goodbye to her, and I would give anything just her know how much I really loved her. Rest in Peace, jess
Rip Alaska 02\31\2012 through 09\12\2012 A little girls best friend now in heaven having fun with the other dogs u will be missed by my family but mostly missed by ur bestest friend of all time haven
My dog passed today.. We got her right before I turned 2. I'm almost 19 now. Crazy how time flies, and how much it hurts losing your best friend who was always there that you grew up with.
We lost our good boy, Milo last month. It still hurts so much but we have faith that we will see him again one day so we wrote on his stone : until we meet again, you will be always remembered.
I really love my dog.my parents said If she keeps on shedding They'll give her away.its almost her birthday look at my vid of how she looks and pls make me feel better and pray that they don't sent her away before her birthday please
my dog died Dec 28,2014. i am a frikken wreck. i got her from the rescue league almost 6 years ago,and SHE PICKED ME.she got sick on sat. morning, and i KNEW sunday night she wouldnt make it thru the night. as i picked her up (a 100 pound german shep) to take her upstairs to my truck to take her to the vet, she died in my arms.. 2 day later (like my heart wasnt broken already) i was trying to find weed killer. come to find out even after all the trips to vets, and groomers. the frikken round brown sticky gosh darn things were POISON. NO VET OR GROOMER KNEW THEY WERE POISON!! I am beside myself with grief, and alot of hate towards vets and groomers,i am in the beginning of making a video for ALL DOG OWNERS. and IF you dont see my video.PLEASE look up the "5 most toxic plants for dogs".. my KAYE would be alive right beside me "AS ALWAYS" but this damn weed killed her. it takes LESS THAN 0.3 % of a dogs weight to kill them..Xanthium strumarium is the actual name. also known as cocklebur..
I lost my dog December 31,2014 and its been horrible, there's no trace of her and it hurts so much. Dogs are truly the only animals that will ever love us more than they love them self's.....I'm sorry for your loss.
My condolences as well... I have written a song about her,and one of the verses that helps me thru this is "i truly miss you more than ever, but i hope this thought will comfort me, knowing that someone up in Heaven, need you much more then me." I hope this vers helps EVERYONE who is missing their best friend! PEACE
tony, my heart just breaks for you. I have lost many dogs over the years, old age, health problems, but nothing, NOTHING, ever will prepare you for the loss of those we call friend and family. I pray that you find peace in the knowledge that your beautiful girl is waiting for you across that rainbow bridge. I believe that with all my heart. And I also know that when you are ready another beautiful soul will find your gaze at a rescue. I work for one, and there are many just waiting for their forever home.
Im so so sorry to hear of your gs passing away tony marcin. My german shepherd is very ill right now as well. I dont know what to do, Ive taken him to 3 vets already and they cant find out his problem hes roughly around 12 years old, i got him when he was prob 7. I found him running in the streets scared and crying, so I took him into my home and took care of him ever since but now he is very ill, hell eat but hours later he will throw up his food, he has diarreah he was hospitalized for a whole week under observation but didnt get better, just yearterday I had to take him back to the vet, he is there right now im afraid im going to loose him anyday now...... my Mickey I will miss him so so so much.....
I have had to put down three dogs and I never just let the vet lead them away. I stayed by their sides, stoked their ears and head and hugged them and whispered I love you to each of them as they passed. Hardest thing I've ever had to do for my three best friends
My pomerenian died last february and I still feel him around me, still call out his name.. I loved him and miss him so much! This is beautiful! thanks for sharing :( :)
My dog got ran over in October last year. Her name was Rosebud and she was the sweetest dog I ever knew. I cried for a long time and I still cry when I think of her or see a picture of her...
RIP Chotey..I miss you like hell...thanks for the lifelong memories and making me feel special..I will talk about you and will miss you until we met again..!!
It's been 3 yrs since my dog passed but the pain in my heart still remains, remembering him is easy I do it every day but missing him is a heartache that never goes away.
rip Esme my beautiful friend more like sister to me thanks for helping me through my toughest times I'm sorry it had to end but this is all gods plan and I hope to see you one last time when I'm in your position of life
+madkitty thimson my dogs name is Simba sorry you had to lose my dog is two year old I had him for one year he's still alive though but one day he won't
Had to put our precious friend down at 2:30PM today. His kidneys failed and he lost 30 pounds quite quickly. My husband stayed with our baby cradling his head in his arms until he passed. Our hearts are bruised and empty. But for the time we shared our lives life was full of love.
Over the years I've lost three. They were all put to sleep. The absolute hardest thing I've ever done. Yes dogs have souls and I believe that they'll be in heaven also. I look forward to seeing mine again. They are everything this wonderful poem states.
I had to put my dog down the beginning of june. A couple weeks after I gave birth to my daughter. I still cry and miss her so much. She would have been 13 in October. Not a day goes by that I don't think about her. She was my everything. I got her when she was 2 months old. I love you baby girl ❤ 😍
We just had to send our Rusty to heaven in January and we were in there with him looking into his eyes as he passed ! We just can’t seem to get over him ! We grieve for him still!😢
To everybody on this post who is hurting......we all understand the 'pain'............
They 'steal' our hearts, then 'break' them.....love to you all and praying you can find some kind of 'peace' xxxx
I am going through this right now, with my 16 year old dog....who is letting me 'know', it's almost time.

Reba Thomas well said
Reba Thomas I totally agree with you, I have always held any animal that had to be put down until they take their last breath. They were there for me, I am there for them no matter how hard it was. God Bless all animals and the humans that care for them(if they really do right by them). Nothing is worse than someone who mistreats or abuses an animal or another human.
Reba Thomas me too
put my dog down today came across this video. Still crying. this video is so true to many dog lovers
victor stolarenko put my dog down yesterday, never felt this sadness inside of me
Same I'm sad
I am never ganna forget the happy moments i have with my dog😩😥
Me too
Dog's are the heavenly angels....Amaizing words!
they are, what is dog spelled backwards 💙😪
I cried so much,I feel so sorry for everyone's dog that passed away,If there is one place they're in now it's heaven..
No dog deserves to die
My dogs are at a dog farm its hard without them 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
My "Baby" died over 4 years ago and I was there when he took his last breath.. There is not a day that goes by without thinking about him, this narration brought back memories of how we loved each other. He was a wonderful doggie, one of a kind, dogs are wonderful.
R.I.P LUCKY
ALWAYS IN MY HEART
I WILL NEVER EVER FORGET YOU
I AM STILL CRYING OVER YOU
I WANT TO SEE YOU AGAIN
I WAS TO LATE TO SAY GOODBYE
I hope these are green funerals; no caskets or formaldehyde or headstones. Maybe not Capsula Mundi but something natural and beautiful.
I’m sorry to be blunt but maybe it’s time?
1000%
My dog picked me when she was a rambunctious pup and loved me with every unconditionally for 11 years.
Mcnuggets I lost my choco retriever I’m soo sad I was only 8 the last pic I had of him got deleted by a problem on my phone RIP Pepper I will forever miss you no matter what
xx
Mcnuggets I lost my golden retriever too :(
Grieving right now for Promise. He lived with my neighbor, but he was my therapy dog. When I would see him, I would forget about all my pain and he would give me the courage to make it one more day. Thank you Promise, for all the unconditional love you gave to me and all the dog sugars. We will surely miss you, forever and ever.
I missed my dog. He passed away last march 24 2019 and i miss him so muchh. I hope i can bring back those times when i was with him😭💔
Thank you for sharing.
I can relate to your loss 💔.
You will see your beloved furry friend again!
Thankyou❣
I started crying in the first sentence :(
RIP Zappa :'( I will always love you
They have the purest souls!
I would NEVER EVER let my boy go through that without me. He's been my saving grace. The thing that keeps me going for almost a year now.
To my baby, my heart is crying ever since you left, I love you Max!
They are so much a part of our lives, can't imagine a day without my two
I miss my first dog so much... He was always there for me.. When I was hurt, sad. He would make me.. Happy. But now, that feeling is gone. He is still alive.. But I haven't seen him for 5 years... I just want to hug him
My dog lulu died because she had a Timor in her chest...😞😢 r.i.p lulu 1999 - 2005 (many years ago but I remember when she died)
Kirvan its ok i have a dog named lulu as well
This is sad this really shows how much dogs care about us, all they ask for is love and people should always spend as much time as you can with them.
Why did I watch this? I love my furbaby so much.
Very touching and yes I was crying while watching. Thank you for this posting.
yes they do and have the purest soul of all creation !!
A dog is the only thing on earth that loves you more than he loves himself. by Josh Billings.
My little dog Skipper passed away this past January and I miss her so much and think about her all the time. RIP Sweet little girl.
I'm so sorry for your loss 💔
Thank you for sharing the love.
my dog died eirlier today.. not because she was getting old, she got sick and she was supposed to stay with me for 7 more years. I love you abigail. I will never forget you
riece awesomeness sorry for your loss.
riece awesomeness ...
I have done this twice now with my German Shepherds. I am a man and all I have done is cried since my little girl got put down and it broke my heart. I cried so hard watching this as I know what it is like. Thank you for letting us watch this.
Today my dog passed away I came across this video I can relate to this but still I miss my dog whit all my heart rip
#PRAYFOREVERYDOG😫
Aliza Alonzo My dog 🐕 anniversary is in 2-3 months!!! 😔😔😰😰

I've never hurt so much over anything in my life. thanks BH for this heart felt piece.
i'm crying i was hugging my dog sand hopping he won't die on me. :(
sorry i was typing fast **saying**
Dogs have more and heart and soul than most people I know. A dogs love and companionship maybe the greatest love you will EVER experience in your life. I know I have and will continue with my five dogs.

I have put many dogs to sleep in my time. They were my best friends. I would never let the vet lead them away. They died in my arms. They were there for me at all times and I was there for them. No matter what.
I had a dog for my hole life and then just this year he died and he saved me from so much stuff that would make me not be here and I have been depressed ever since!!
Get another pet, volunteer with rescues and find peace in good memories.
that was a touching pet tribute brought tears to my eyes thank you
MY DOG DIED 2 DAYS AGO I WASNT READY TO LET HIM GO😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
Amelia simpson mine died couple hours ago
My baby girl is only 2 and this made me cry so much. I wish dogs could live as much as us. I love you my beautiful Fang.
R.I.P Fizz you were my BF for so many years and then when you died I missed you so much I contemplated suicide.
My dog, Rusty, just passed away yesterday and this song suited him so perfectly. I was sobbing like a baby, but it was so nice...................
We had to put are baby Simon down yesterday it was so hard he gave us so much joy and comfort these words mean so much to us. LOVE YOU SIMON
I am 16 right now I got my first dog when I was 10 I still have her but I had another dog it was a boy one day at school people was picking on me saying my life sucks and why I have a dog it was a bad day I came home early hoping my dog could cheat me up but saw my dad bringing him out of the house I ask what's going on my
Dad said he past away I was crying I didn't go to school for a whole week dogs are so amazing they have a beautiful soul they have the nicest soul then Humans
But after the beautiful story, and 'life'... you let your "friend go alone"? - BIG Sad Face here :(
+just1moretimeagain I Know I was so angry with that part crying like a fool here OMG that was terrible

I can't believe you can write something like that without crying yourself... I mean, I'm not a big cry baby, but that had me practically bawling. Nice work.
I'm going to regret watching this.. god I always end up on the sad side of youtube
Alexis Victoria I was crying watching this video. So moving but unfortunately this is part of life, losing the people and the pets that we love, but knowing it and accepting it does not erase the pain
Alexis Victoria me too the same
My dog died this morning, she was barely 2, yet she did so much for me and will always be in my heart. When I drove her to the vet, she was struggling to breath, she couldn't stand or sit up, she died in my car. I never got to say goodbye to her, and I would give anything just her know how much I really loved her.
Rest in Peace, jess

I just came and now i am crying! The song made me cry
my dog died Dec 28,2014. i am a frikken wreck. i got her from the rescue league almost 6 years ago,and SHE PICKED ME.she got sick on sat. morning, and i KNEW sunday night she wouldnt make it thru the night. as i picked her up (a 100 pound german shep) to take her upstairs to my truck to take her to the vet, she died in my arms..
I have written a song about her,and one of the verses that helps me thru this is
"i truly miss you more than ever,
but i hope this thought will comfort me, knowing that someone up in Heaven,
need you much more then me."
I hope this vers helps EVERYONE who is missing their best friend! PEACE
tony, my heart just breaks for you.

All of us who have lost our fur baby and made that tough choice know what this is about. Thanks for putting into words what I couldn't say.
I've got tears streaming down my cheeks. Whoever said that dogs don't have souls are heartless, cruel monsters.
me to. we just lost our dog. its hard as she was loyal & faithful right to the very end. love you cloud...love you forever.
We just had to send our Rusty to heaven in January and we were in there with him looking into his eyes as he passed ! We just can’t seem to get over him ! We grieve for him still!😢
I sat there with my dogs dead body for a good 20 mins crying after he lay in the road dead. I miss him so much.
