Great examples! I loved the elevator analogy for the API. Now I'll always refer to that when I try to describe to someone what an API is.

Thank you for this video.
Thank you for keeping the intro short
Great content
That was awesome
Really great.
Love this man! 💪💪💪 Please can you make a follow up vid, where you talk about GraphQL?
Nicely explained, do you have any best practices recommendations for maintaining a versioned api?
Thanks Simon. I would say only go to V2.0 if it’s a breaking change. If it’s a non-breaking enhancement like adding an optional query string parameter use V1.1
Thank you
Finally, a guy who explains what's what! Thanks man, K.O.C!
Hey, I have a query. I am confused regarding the APIs,Can you please let me know the difference between consuming an API method and taking the response in json and calling a method from any programming language by creating its object. For ex. I want to use the outlook send mail functionality so for that I create an object of it and call that method and on the other hand calling and exposed API url and taking the output object as response. How does these 2 things are different? Is creating an object and calling its method is also a form of API, Please resolve my query. Thanks.
really good content
Thank You. Love your explanation. It can be better if you explain it with adding graphics or animations.
You literally saved my time bro 🤜😍🥰
By the time you said smash that like button, I had already did😂....that's how good you're
Just clean
I know api I have worked with it so many time I understand it very well,
But damn YOUR explanation was on fire
Thanks
have my onsite interview with google in 6 hours and im looking at this right now LOL
I'm new in web APiI when I did MV web application.
I'm in the stage of creating my database schema for a new project with API.
lets say that I'm creating a booking hotel website.
1 -Do I need to store all the returned data from the API so it can be presented in my the view or only the data that been choose from the customer
2- my project has 2 parts the actual website idea + the APi things. for start should I create a regular MVC web application API the I can inject those APIs or I should start with web API application from the start
Note: I don't need the APIs part in this stage
Excellent
you are a good teacher, you should do some training videos.
Solid.
How do I view PPT files on the website using the Django framework?
