Housing Accelerator Fund - Permitting 4 Units on a Residential Site

As part of the City's Housing Accelerator Fund Action Plan, amendments to the Zoning Bylaw are being proposed that will permit the development of up to 4 dwelling units per site in all residential zoning districts.
